Brad A. Tafoya has been with the firm since 1998 and is now a major shareholder. He attended Fort Lewis College where in 1992 he obtained his Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. In 1993, he earned a Master of Science in Accounting from Colorado State University. Brad currently holds certificates as a CPA, AWMA and CFP.
Patrick J. Barrett has been with the firm since 2001 and is now a shareholder. He attended the University of Northern Colorado where in 1985 he obtained his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting.
Pat has over 25 years of experience in the public accounting and oil and gas industries; specializing in providing progressive income and estate tax planning, financial planning, and business consulting services; which have helped his small business and individual clients meet their financial goals.

Baylen joined the firm in 2021. He is a 2020 Fort Lewis graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and a CPA candidate and will soon be studying for the upcoming exams to obtain his CPA designation. Baylen is locally born and raised, having spent many years working on the family ranch.
He has also been the owner and operator of his own company since 2016, supplying firewood orders to roughly 85 clients, managing the logging operations, training the staff and overseeing the company bookkeeping and enterprise resources to sustain company growth.He is a volunteer with 4-H, helping families in La Plata County with livestock/care and handling.
