I had reached out to one of their agents a couple of weeks ago, Craig Ries, after finding numerous listing by him on Craigslist. I gave him my info and what I was looking for in a rental home and he agreed to help me. After asking about my credit score (which I provided him with) I never heard from him again. I even sent a few follow up text messages a few days later and it seems he had blocked my phone number! Completely unprofessional behaviour displayed by Ries here. If he couldn’t help then he should have just been clear about it.
