We believe in the appropriate diagnosis and treatment of mental disorder and will afford our patients dignity and respect in all phases of their treatment/diagnostic experience. Because of this belief, we will focus our clinical practice in terms of disorder diagnosis/management and strive always to improve the quality of the lives of the patients we serve.

Services
Arkansas Counseling and Psychodiagnostics (ACaP) is staffed by an experienced team of caring, talented professionals who provide effective, compassionate services for children, adults, families, public schools, and community entities. Our staff includes a full range of behavioral health providers from physicians, nurses, psychologists, licensed clinicians, and community-based paraprofessionals.
ACaP is sensitive to the needs of clients and families referred for our services by the courts or for other legal reasons. We understand the stress that these circumstances put on individuals and families.

We have over 30 years experience working in collaboration with the courts and other legal systems in helping clients and families resolve psychological and behavioral issues that underlie or interfere with clients' being involved with legal authorities.
Behavioral health symptoms are one of the main causes of students failing, under-achieving, or receiving disciplinary actions in the school environment. Helping behaviorally challenged students adapt and succeed in the school environment is one of ACaP's primary goals. ACaP has teams of Licensed Mental Health Professionals and Qualified Behavioral Health Providers on-site daily in the schools of the counties served by our offices.
ACaP celebrates individuality and recognizes the dignity of persons with mental health issues. Our Licensed Mental Health Professionals are sensitive to the needs of persons with mental illness, providing individualized treatment plans that address the specific symptoms, challenges, and goals of clients and their families.
ACaP Group Therapy has been demonstrated to be one of the most effective methodologies to promote progress in the treatment of mental illness symptoms. ACaP's Licensed Mental Health Professionals facilitate group therapy activities that enable clients to share experiences and learn from peers who are experiencing similar challenges and difficulties.

I have been going to this center for over 2 years. Due to insurance I have had 4 counselors, I have an excellent connection with my current counselor. I have had chronic mental health issues for over 40 years so finding someone you can connect with and receive care through can be challenging.
