Therapeutic massage is a broad concept that encompasses a variety of specialized modalities that help the body's natural healing processes. It is designed to resolve real body problems as well as compensation patterns that arise as a result of the body's effort to relieve pain. It can be used as a collaborative, supportive addition to conventional medical treatment of illness and injury, alleviating pain and stress, and revitalizing the body.
A massage created with Mom in mind. There's nothing like a soothing prenatal massage to melt away the pains and strains of pregnancy. Prenatal Massage may be beneficial during a time when medication and other medical options may be more limited. This massage relieves muscle tension, increases circulation, reduces swelling, and most importantly, relieves stress and pain.
A couples massage can be a exceptional way to enhance the mental and physical benefits of the massage experience. While it's common to choose a couples massage as part of a day of romance, it's also just as special to opt for this treatment with a friend or other loved one. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled under the 24 hour mark will be subject to a $50 fee.

Julie is really the best. The place is adorable, fresh, clean, and friendly. Woodstock square is walking distance and it is lighted up for the holidays making the experience even more magical. As a former massage technician I’ve had and given lots of massages but Julie is exceptional. Not only the massage but the level of conversation was outstanding. She’s a real healer.

I have seen a few massage therapists (Victor, Julie, and Rachel) at Harmony Falls for the past year during my pregnancy and my body felt amazing and relaxed after each visit! While I was pregnant, I felt lower back pain and painful Sciatica on the left side of my body. The therapists listened to where I was feeling most of the pain and really focused on those areas. They also found other areas of pain that I hadn’t felt before and were able to work those out! During my massages, the therapists provided knowledgeable information and tips on how I can relieve the pain when home. I just had my baby

I have been dealing with some chronic neck/shoulder pain associated with weightlifting, and this morning I woke up and could barely move. I called Harmony Falls, and they had an opening with Rachel the same day, so I snagged it up. Rachel did a fantastic job listening to where I was having issues, and doing some great deep tissue work. She was sweet, and helpful, and even introduced me to cupping when I asked what else I could do to help alleviate some of the issues I was having. Everyone I worked with was polite and friendly, and I have my 2nd massage with cupping already scheduled. I left today

I’ve had a massage from a few different therapists and they are all great. Jane is my main therapist and I could not say more amazing things about her. I have a job that doesn’t allow me to stand enough and I’m doing repeat I’ve movements which means a monthly massage is a must! This is the only place I would recommend to get one.

I had to cancel last minute today because my son got his second covid vaccine yesterday and called me today and said he was having a bad reaction. I called harmony falls and apologized for the short notice and explained that I had to take my son to the hospital due to a reaction to the covid vaccine. They charged me the cancelation fee anyway. I would never cancel an appointment same day unless it was an emergency. Needless to say they have lost a client.

I have left a review before that my experience wasn't exactly what I was hoping for. My first therapist was good but was not a good fit for me. I also did not like the choice of music. It was instrumental dance music and my mind was more or less dancing than relaxing. Harmony Falls contacted me about my review and wanted to make my experience better. And they did! They set me up with Monique, and she was amazing! I loved how energy driven she was. I loved how she got to know my body and followed what my body needed. Her pressure was light where it needed to be and hard when it needed to be

My rating is based only on experience of phone conversations and not of the therapy services; as it never got to that part.
Poor communication skills were exhibited by the staff. Was looking for a relaxing oasis to send loved ones and instead found a facility who's personal phone skills were brash and unorganized in nature. No apology or remorseful attitude given when admission was made by therapist of their error.
Would not recommend.

Before I visited Harmony Falls, I was only familiar with spa massages. I knew this was a different experience when Stacy asked specific questions about me, my occupation, my activities, etc. She targeted treatment to my issues and completely eliminated a pain I had had for months. I was amazed at how much better I felt for days afterward.
