In my opinion, MedCycle has only a few good things going for it. The people you work with can be great, and the flexibility can be good. The downside is that there are a number of areas that are a cause for concern. Some of these are, but not limited to, PTO, work-life balance, and insurance.
MedCycle seems to lack work-life balance. If you have a family-especially with small children- calling out or leaving early can get you written up or spark disciplinary action. This can apply even if you have a doctor’s note for yourself or your child. Fortunately, they have gotten a little better about
