He has a very gentle, friendly, and polite manner. We need restoration to our back bathroom because of flooding. When he's working in the house, it never felt loud or intrusive. He always takes off his boots at the door, picks them up, walks across our living room, put the boots back on, and then goes into the bathroom. And he always cleans up every bit of the mess after his work.
