Costello Chiropractic Center
Whether you are new to Chiropractic or a lifelong Chiropractic patient, we hope you'll find your experience in our office to be rewarding and educational. With over 30 years of service to the community, Dr. Costello and staff feel they offer so much more than relief from back and neck pain. Chiropractic is a health and wellness treatment option that is conservative by it's nature.

That is, no drugs and no surgery. Of course, should your condition require a referral to a provider who my offer such treatment, in our office we work to avoid those as "last resort" options. We are located in Saratoga County, close to Clifton Park, Ballston Lake, Round Lake and Jonesville, NY. Feel free to browse our site and call or email with any questions.
Services
Our office is a multi-service healthcare facility. Dr. Costello has been a practicing Doctor of Chiropractic for over 30 years. Along with traditional family Chiropractic care, he offers treatment for a many conditions associated with muscles, tendons and joints. From Tennis Elbow, to runner's knee, Dr. Costello is educated in not only the correction of these conditions, but teaching you how to avoid recurrence.
The foot is comprised of 26 bones and is the foundation of the pedal system. The foot functions to not only absorb shock (during the "unlocked" phase of the gait) but must then become a rigid lever in which to propel yourself forward (the "locked" foot during push off). Failure of your foot to perform this biomechanical activity efficiently means that there will ultimately be forces and stresses transferred elsewhere.
Neck pain is becoming more and more a common complaint. And with the use of texting and watching you tube videos all day, I am seeing it in younger patients as well. The joints in the neck are very pain sensitive.

They respond negatively to repetitive stress (looking down at the keyboard then up at the screen hundreds of times per day), injury (sports, motor vehicle accidents etc) or poor posture (the couch slouch as I call it) At some point your body gives you feedback that you're doing damage and that usually takes the form of pain.Over time, those joints lose their range of motion and can deteriorate.

I'm a really big guy and I'm up here working out of town from my home base. After showing up to three different chiropractors that showed as open on a Saturday on Google, I called here and was told I could be squeezed in at the end of his work day around 11 am. It was about 9:30 already and my pain was so significant that it was less painful to just go wait in his office. I like supporting independent businesses anyway, but I knew upon walking in that I would be happy with that part of my decision. Not only that, but after my adjustment, I felt better immediately, which has NEVER happened when
