Dr. Sakurai and team are kind and thoughrough without putting you through needless procedures. Another dentist recommended a root canal and she told me to wait and watch (I wasn’t in pain). She created a comprehensive plan to address all sorts of issues in my mouth that I thought could never be fixed.

I have gone to Dr. Sakurai several times for teeth cleanings. She is beyond knowledgeable in her profession and I could not give higher praise. I recently chipped a tooth and she was kind enough to fix it on a Sunday night. I have been to many top-tier dentists and I believe Dr. Sakurai is the best at her job. I cannot recommend enough!

Kari Sakurai has been my dentist for some thirty years. I lived in Santa Monica 42 years and her office was about 10 minutes away. A couple of years ago I retired and moved to the Joshua Tree area which is a 280 mile round trip, and I've taken that ride many times to see her and her staff. I agree with all the reviews. I would add to them by that she has a gentle sense of humor, and she's a born care giver. This is a dentist you will actually look forward to visiting.

I have now lived in Los Angeles for 40 years, and finally, with Dr. Kari Sakurai, found a dentist who I not only trust as a doctor, but also greatly like as a person. First of all, I've never before had a dentist who did cleanings herself, meticulously and thoroughly (as she says, "I like to get to know every tooth").
