I have lived in Northern Colorado for most of my life. My husband Nate and I have a blended family with four kids. I led a divorce recovery group through Christ Community Church which inspired me to get my masters and change careers. During internship, I worked in Grief and Loss Counseling at a Hospice facility assisting individuals, couples, families and groups in their grief process.

In a time where one can feel surrounded by stress and chaos, it is important to make self-care a priority. Anxiety and depression can quickly creep in and rob you of your joy. We will work to identify thought patterns, core beliefs and past trauma that may be preventing you from living your best life.

With all of the transition and pressure, you may feel stressed and misunderstood. This is a place you can come and let your guard down. We can work together to develop coping strategies to overcome challenges and determine your best path moving forward. As a mid 20's guy I came into Dondi's counseling office about needing help navigating through some baggage from family issues past relationships.

My husband and I started seeing Dondi shortly before we got married. We had a lot to bring to the table and we needed some solid guidance and counsel. When we started we let Dondi know all that we were about to embark on, two recovering alcoholics, both divorced, 3 (almost teenagers) each, and a passion to love and serve God.
