RENTER BEWARE: DO NOT RENT. We booked an 8 person ski house months before our trip. When we arrived to the property to check in we found other guests occupying the property. Elise contacted us only after we had already tried to get into the rental saying that the property had been sold to a different management company and I should "call them" (a random management company I have never heard of). After a lot of back and fourth, and a lot of uncertainty about not having a place to stay she ended up finding us a location that could house only 4 people and promised us over the phone we would be refunded

Our house has been under management by St Johns for years. They have performed reliable, regular security checks. Many walk-through inspections were documented with interior and exterior photographs of their observations. Once a pipe froze and burst in the crawl space during extremely cold conditions, and their staff was immediately responsive and turned off the water to the house. No damage occurred. Having a 24/7 emergency response team is a real plus. We recommend St Johns without reservation.

Elise is incredibly attentive to all my park city property management needs.
My condo is cleaned meticulously before and after every rental. Her attention to details is fabulous. My guests are treated with the utmost care their entire stay. Elise is amazing and easy to work with. I highly recommend St John’s property management.

This was the worst experience I have had with a rental. Not only was Elise and her team unhelpful, they were shockingly unprofessional. Elise was unresponsive to questions, unhelpful with issues, and most importantly screamed at and threatened us over the phone. The condo was fairly represented by the listing, but dealing with the property management team ruined our stay.

This is seriously the worst property management company! They can’t handle simple bookings! I booked a family trip back in January 2021 for March 18-22. I received multiple confirmations. We selected the place because we had family and friends also staying in the same resort.. The day before the trip, I realized I didn’t have the check in information. I reached out to Elise at St. John’s and she messaged me saying that she would send the information right over. Shortly after that message, she suddenly told me that the unit was double booked and wasn’t available for us! She just said sorry

We made a big mistake in using them for our rental management. They never sent invoices or paid us on time, we always had to hassle them. Their deep clean was noting more than a regular clean. Communication with them was poor. I think they satisfied the renters but have no way of knowing. There were usually discrepancies in their invoices to our detriment which we had to fight to get changed. Your results may vary, but in our case we had to leave them. BTW, most reviews here are from renters and most all reviews are 2 years old or more

Using St. John's Property Management exceeded my expectations. As a first time homeowner in Park city Elise and her staff made sure all my needs were met. Right away Elise was extremely friendly and took the time to sit down with me and determine what services I needed for my home. Overall St. John's property management did a good job for the time being, and I would recommend them to anyone that needed property management services.
