Glenn started Fort Collins Heating & Air in May of 1996. He carries on the family tradition and continues the legacy of Fort Collins Sheet Metal Company that he bought from his grandfather that had been around since 1934. Anthony transitioned out of the United States Marine Corps at the beginning of 2019 and is excited to be back at FCHA as our Assistant GM.
Anthony loves to lead and mentor others and he enjoys finding ways to improve processes through Lean Six Sigma. In his free time, Anthony enjoys hiking, camping, snowboarding, spending time with his friends and family, and volunteering at his church. Christie has been working in accounting and finance since 2000.

Matthew Otteman was dispatched to help diagnose a water heater leak and he was quickly able to identify that it wasn’t the water heater leaking but a pipe above it, saving us thousands. He was super quick, professional and even threw in a free drain cleaning of the floor drain. Great service all around!

Fort Collins heating and air conditioning did a full plumbing installation on our 100 year old house which has a lot of old pipes hidden behind the walls. They did minimal removal of plaster to get the job done. They are extremely professional and know plumbing! I highly recommend them, Jason the estimator and Mason the installation plumber were fantastic!

All of the staff are always very courteous and respectful. They are always very timely and answer all of my questions. They did a great job of installing my furnace last year (2020), and my AC this year (2021), the finished work was excellent. Their post install quality checks to make sure everything is installed correctly and everything is working correctly is great too. I would recommend them to anyone!

I have worked with Fort Collins Heating and Air for ten years now. I have a number of rental properties where they service the AC and furnace yearly. They have also installed furnaces and AC systems for me. The techs are very professional and they show up on time. The office staff is also very professional as well as personable. I have found them very competitive on price - especially considering their reliability, competence and knowledge of their field.

Service tech Jason was thorough, professional, and an absolute pleasure! He clearly knew his stuff and took the time to educate me as he went and answered all my questions. I had resisted this service for years thinking I'd always changed my own filters before...but we received so much value (temp sensing/balancing, condenser/furnace cleaning, humidity adjustments, etc) that I'm sold. We recently had a mini split system installed in our home by Ft Collins Heating & AC. From the first phone call to the end of the installation, everyone we dealt with was very professional, courteous, and knowledge. The crew that did our install was extremely polite, and the install was completed in a timely manner. They didn't charge extra for moving one of the units when we changed our minds on the location after it was on the wall. They made sure that we understood how our system worked before they left, and cleaned their work area. We couldn't be happier! I would highly recommend

We saved a good amount of money on this visit because we have their maintenance agreement and our diagnostic charge will apply if we go with the replacement option for a better humidifier. I highly recommend the maintenance agreement. Not only will it help keep your AC/heater operating at it’s best, you will save money in the the long run. GREAT COMPANY!!! Always great service every time they have come out.

My heater lost it's mojo right before a big cold spell. This group was busy and so couldn't get to me for a couple of days, but when they came, they showed on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, and fixed it. I was show the part and got a look inside the unit with a detailed explanation. Felt respected by the fellow who did the work -- he was a straight shooter. Highly recommend.

We have used FCH&AC a couple of times and each time we were extremely satisfied. Recently we were made aware of a dangerous situation where our gas fired furnace was pumping exhaust directly into our basement. FCH@AC sent a technician (Dave) to repair the problem the same day. Dave could give a class on customer service as he was informative, extremely polite and respectful of our home. I would recommend FCH&AC to anyone without hesitation. Try to get Dave!

We just moved into our house in March which was a new build. The first time we went to turn on the air conditioner it wasn't blowing out any cool air. I called Fort Collins Heating and Air because they are the ones who installed our systems. The woman on the phone (I cannot remember her name) got someone scheduled quickly to come out. She also tried to walk me through a few things to trouble shoot until they could come out, but it didn't fix anything. My boiler went out on me in January 2020. I live in Walden colorado. Ft Collins heating and air were able to get up here through the snow and mountain pass. Ryan was able to get me a new boiler, a Navient on… demand boiler and it works great. He sent the field techs DEVON and NATE to install. The techs were very professional, knowledgeable, polite and great customer service. They did an amazing job and answered all my questions about the new boiler. Wade and Michael came to access the work a contractor (who has since disappeared) did when he re-routed the duct work that stopped the air flow to one upstair’s bedroom. First, they took time to thoroughly access the multitude of problems and explained three options to fix them in terms I could understand. When the written quote came in the next… day, it was less than the verbal quote. There’s more! The day the work was to be done, 4 men showed up, including Michael and Wade, which concerned me. The concern was for naught, because the bill Wade handed me had a zero balance due

Called them for a heater that wouldn't kick on. They came in the window provided. Called when they where in there way. Jason was very professional and knowledgeable about out 20 year old furnace. He found our port off inducer was blocked and was able to drill it out. He was in and out in no time. The furnace is working great. We appreciate the great service and not trying to increase the bill with unnecessary costs! Definitely recommend and will use them again.

FCHAC came out after I did online due diligence for our Heating and Air Ducts Cleaning Service to our home. We moved into a new build in the Ridge at Harmony for about a year. We continued to smell dirt when our Heat or Air Blower came on.

Furnace wouldn't start... called after hours. Pierce Patterson was the on call tech, he was at my door in 30 minutes and fixed the issue in about 20 minutes. Great customer service and helped show me a few tips Incase the issue comes up again. Best heating n air company around! Call Pierce at (970) 484-4552.
