Patient Protection Affordable Care Act provision dictates that physicians wishing to order home health care services for patients covered by Medicare must schedule a face-to-face encounter. These visits must occur 90 days prior to, or within 30 days of the start of a Medicare home health care episode, and that each visit must also be documented using the Face-to-Face Encounter Form.

I give Apex Health Care 5 stars, because I am very impressed with this place. They took great care of my Father after his surgery. Starting with the staff, they show compassion, kindness, professionalism and promptness. My Dad and I were very impressed. We talk about it all the time. The hard time in our family was truly made easier and smoother because of them.
