Dr. Boothby and his team have been great. He did my meniscus repair and debriment on one knee in Feb 2021 then debriment of the other knee in Dec 2021. Both procedures went well and I have had all positive experiences with the staff at this facility. They have always given me straightforward answers on what I could possibly expect depending on the options I had to choose from so I felt prepared for what I'm facing. The physical therapy team is also great. They are very encouraging and personable.

I want to leave a review primarily for my experience here in Occupational therapy on the 2nd floor. My therapist’s name is Callie. She has been working on helping me bring back extension in my arm after a bad break at the elbow 5 months ago. I was pregnant when I broke it, and she has always taken my pregnancy/life circumstances into consideration as she makes recommendations for at home exercise. She is a very skilled therapist who has helped me with my recovery in so many ways. She has given numerous exercises that I can do at home. She is very knowledgeable as far as tools to help with the

Had 2 appointments then had surgery scheduled. Recived call and paid for hospital. 8 days out received call and was told that the Doctor's were not covered by my insurance. Low rating due to lack of detail-should have been told when surgery was scheduled (30 days out) and not a week before that they were not in my network. Hospital did refund money and office apologized.

The walk-in clinic closes at least 30 minutes before closing time. No mention of that on the website, no mention of first come, first serve. The website says just walk right in. You can take off work, show up in pain, and be turned away with no help, no recommendations, no effort to schedule you for later. I suppose the Hippocratic oath only extends to 30 minutes prior to closing.

I suffered a trimalleolar fracture in June. Dr Beavers did my surgery a week later. Three months later I'm up walking and driving. Still have some swelling. The staff was exceptional and I felt like they truly cared about me. The physical therapy staff was also exceptional. I can't thank Dr. Beavers and staff enough!!!

If I could give negative stars, I would. I made an appointment and waited in the lobby for almost two hours before I asked why they had called everyone but me and then they lied and said I was next to get me to go away. I waited some more and they proceeded to call 3 more people and not me. I took time off of work to come to the appointment and they did not care for my time at all, in fact I doubt the front desk even checked me in. Terrible experience. Would never go back.

This place was a total waste of time. I sprained my rectis femoris, which caused a weak hip and lower back as well.
At my appointment, they did an x-ray of my lower back. My rectis femoris was never even checked at all. The doctor just said my x-ray checked fine and basically was passing me off to a physical therapist. When I asked him what I did, he actually said he didn't know. I won't be back to this location ever.
Again, it was a total waste of time!

Doctors may be good, but beware of the Therapy and billing department. I pre-paid for some Therapy treatments, then canceled them. The lady in the billing department told me they would send me a check for the reimbursement because they couldn't refund to my credit card. That was over a month ago, and I have not received any money. I'll probably never see that money, and it was over $100.

Dr. Moore is the best! He is very kind, he listens, has great bedside manner, and he explains your diagnosis thoroughly to ensure you understand. He’s conservative compared to a lot of surgeons and doesn’t push surgical intervention unless he truly believes it’s the best option for you. I would recommend him to anyone with knee pain, hip pain, shoulder pain, sports injuries, and any kind of acute fracture. He is awesome with all ages and demographics—I would trust him with any of my family and friends from 10 years to 100 years. If you’re looking for an all-around exceptional orthopedist

Excellent doctors, physician assistants, and physical therapists... Office staff..... I think they are more interested their phones and computers than the patients. Not just once or twice..... usually about every visit there is some kind of problem. Twice billing my card while I am standing right in front of them, calling other patients with later… appointment times (for the same Dr.) then... oops.... don’t worry sir..... you will be next. Recently just got a bill for over $300 from a surgery from 1 year ago. Ashley (billing supervisor) said they forgot to update the billing records

We had a great experience. Our friends told us to go see Dr. Boothby. We were able to go into the walk-in clinic and they got us in and out quickly. We saw Dr. Curtis. He was great and so thorough with us. Very friendly staff and front desk folks were great and welcoming too. We will definitely use them again if we need to and refer people there as well.

This team of Doctors and assistants are incredible. I recommend them every chance I get. Dr. Beavers gave me my life back when I fell and broke my elbow and hip this time last year. Now I am well on my way back to doing the things I love to do because of their care and concern. I will always be thankful Dr. Beavers was in the ER when I arrived on May 31, 2019.
