Edit: I will restore one star since they were able to quickly push an early fill for a controlled medication. Its not enough to make up for my other valid grievances, but it shows the team is competent.
Long story short: Receptionist/Front Desk Staff should be fired for screwing everything up.
Only worth giving a darn about them because they have two doctors who are good.
My phone calls go straight to voicemail. Not even an option to be placed on hold!! The desk/reception staff have also shown disrespect to me during appointments where no one else is physically present with me.

Feeling good for a change. Finally a little more at ease. Cancer free! So what do they do mess with my medication! I feel their not helping me at all! If ain’t broke don’t fix it! Lower this dosage add this dosage! Why? When I’m finally feeling ok!!!

Conducted my intake wrong, took my money then didn't contact me. Turns out they weren't taking patients. wasted 2 months trying to get in, they clearly don't care about your mental health.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr.Malley, Chelse, and nurse Becky for my younger son. They have all been helpful with treatment and med management. When,it comes to my husband, that is the reason for the low rating. They are inconsistent with doctors, proper care, and testing. His prescriptions have gone without being filled and done incorrectly. Basically for children yes, adults who would like to function in life, no.
