A total lack of follow-up and customer service. Poor installation of new roof. Leaking around chimney due to improper flashing / shingles. They agreed to repair as it was their faulty installation and they did fix the leak after a month or more. They agreed to cover the interior damages to the fireplace and wood flooring, but had refused to respond to phone calls and text messages. Finally did answer when I called in with a different phone number and was advised to send the estimate (which I had sent a month before via text) by email. I did so over a month ago and still no reply despite my

Had AeroStorm replace my entire roof which resulted in a leaking roof around two chimneys. I had a different roofer fix the first leak as I was not aware that the leak was caused by faulty replacement by Aerostorm but was made advised of such by the second roofing company. The second leak was much more significant and resulted in damage to the interior of my house and wood flooring, requiring extensive replacement.
