Nasty place to live! Not a family environment like promised. Lousy mgmt and maintenance. They NEVER listen! Apts is run down and needs a lot of tlc. The carpets need to be replaced, smells awful all the time. Hoped every other week shampooing the carpets would help it. Nope. Tile is stained yellow. The walls need better patching in areas and a major paint job! The shower/tub is severely cracked. When I was moving into the apts mgmt told me I would get in on the 7th of the month. Had everything moved out of my old place. Went to move into the apts & mgmt didn't have my apt ready! People were still
