I worked with Courtney Leggett and Chris Elrod on buying a new home from out of state. I have been a real estate agent for years so I was probably a bit more high maintenance than most buyers. Courtney was who I communicated with most and she was fantastic. Being in the industry I was able to tell how spot on she was with every detail. She went above and beyond when the sellers caused a problem (or two) and handled it for me quickly. I highly recommend her and Chris both.
