I have worked with 7 CPA's and 5 bookkeepers over the last 18 years as the owner of a small but steady business in Seattle. We connected with the "head partner" whom I hired for a year. Grace Young, sister of Vivian Young, the other head, is irresponsible at best - deceitful at worst. Because she continuously filed late returns for our company, we incurred over $1,000 in late fees. She not only tried to hide the fact that she made mistakes and refused to be accountable for her actions, but had the audacity to insist we pay for the penalties. Additionally she did not file the necessary paperwork
