I was introduced to Chad through a mutual friend when I told him I was ready to buy a house. From the get go Chad was responsive and had a wealth of knowledge. The housing market has obviously been a very crazy place and we had some very specific criteria for buying our first home. Chad was there for us every step of the way and we could not be happier with the outcome of our home buying process as well as all the support provided to us throughout.
