We are so excited to have Carrie join our team! She comes to us with over 20 years of dental experience, after having worked in her father's orthodontic practice as a teenager. She graduated from University of Colorado with a Master's Degree in Organizational and Group Communication. As such, she truly enjoys getting to know our patients and her customer service approach is top notch!
In her free time she loves spending time with her husband, little girl, and their dog. Carrie also enjoys teaching ski lessons after having grown up in our beautiful Colorado mountains. Jamie is a Colorado native and was raised in the mountains in Conifer. She graduated from the Community College of Denver -Dental Hygiene School in 2006.

These ladies are amazing. They are extremely efficient and professional. Along with that they are gentle with their clients, being considerate about people’s anxieties of going to the dentist. This is the first dental office where they simply explain the real things you need to be doing everyday so as to keep you from needing serious work done. They really empower their customers with the knowledge they need to care for their specific dental needs. Along with that if you don’t like your dental insurance, they offer a membership with their office that takes care of some pretty pricey dental

Always a positive experience. Carrie is a treat on the front desk, always coming back at my snide comments with fun responses of her own. Halee gets to the root (no pun intended) of any issues with no smoke ad mirrors and no wasted time. My wife and I both leave knowing our dental visit was competently completed. Always a pleasure.

This people are wonderful. All of the staff are very sweet and helpful in general. Dr Lesch (as well as the hygienists) takes time to explain everything that's going on/she finds and all she also explains all of your treatment options and their pros and cons without being pushy in any way. And these are the only dentists and hygienists I've ever had who have asked me if I was hurting and adjusted their approach so it was more comfterable! Best dental care I have ever received. Thank you for all you do!

Wow! This is the place to go to. They are very professional and they make sure your needs come first. When you are sitting in there chair, you feel very comfortable. I live an hour away but it’s well worth the drive. Dr. Lesch and her whole staff are amazing! They take good care of you and do such an excellent job!
