Unbiased design bulit for YOUR needs. Many building owners rely on advice from roof product manufacturers and roofing contractors. While these roofing industry partners are valuable in many circumstances, an owner never knows if that person is advising based on their roof, or if the advice is given to produce the most profit.
To help us best serve your inquiry, we recommend that you first describe the type of consultation service you're seeking, before telling us what you want to achieve. A representative of our company will get back to you as soon as possible, usually within 3 business days.
In order to remain completely impartial, Colorado Consultants for Roofing does not install new roofs. While we are happy to recommend a contractor we feel are suited to your needs, we do not perform installations of new roofs. While we hold licenses in many jurisdictions, Colorado Consultants for Roofing limits the work it performs on roofs to mostly inspections and consultations.

I started off looking for an independent roofing inspector because I didn't quite trust a contractor to be honest. When I found colorado consultants for roofing, they were exactly what I needed.
They didn't try to upsell anything or talk over my head. He explained everything, answered questions and left me knowing a lot more about roofing than when I started.
Very informative and detailed. Let me know exactly what was wrong with the roof and what corrections needed to be made to stop my leaks.
The hardest part? Paying them. They were much cheaper than I expected and even cleaned my gutter just

Steve is absolutely the BEST! We had a very last minute need for our roof to be inspected while selling our home and Steve came out ASAP. He is very respectful, super knowledgeable and wrote up a detailed report for us. We will definitely be going back for any future roof needs, you won’t be disappointed either!
