The facility has over 400 embroidery heads and 10 screen print presses. In 1980, 5B's was created as a specialty sewing business operating out of the Biles family's basement in Zanesville, Ohio.
From being voted the country's #1 embroidery company in 1994 to producing over 8 million units in 2018, one thing has never changed at 5B's and that's our passion for quality. As one of the nation's largest contract embroidery operations, utilized by household names such as New Era, 47 Brand, Richardson Cap and Top of the World, we pride ourselves on our experience and attention to detail.
After nearly 35 years of exclusively offering embroidery services, 5B's now has one of the fastest growing screen print operations in the country. Since the service was first offered to the public in 2015, the operation has doubled in size each year and currently operates 10-automatic screen print presses.
