Nisreen did a BEAUTIFUL job on my hair. You can tell she knows her colors and isn't afraid to have fun with hair. My hair is soft no bleach was used to achieve my color and I am very happy with her work. The salon is clean polite and very well maintained using the best products I highly recommend.

For starters I absolutely fell in Love with this salon. From setting the appointment on the phone with Christina , to walking through the front door and out the door I was welcomed by the most polite staff. The atmosphere was very welcoming and very professional. I went to Jordan for my balayage and hair cut and style. It was my first time dyeing my hair and was very nervous. Jordan was very patient with me and made me one happy client. Jordan answered all my questions and was very helpful with tips after my hair coloring. I will be going back to Jordan and this salon for all of my hair services

I was referred to Rob by a friend and she was right he does great work. I have been getting my hair cut and colored by Rob for over 3 years and have never been disappointed. I even drive 30 min each way because I trust him completely. He is a skilled stylist who listens to me and delivers what I want and need and never tries to sell me anything I do not need.
Also the salon is beautiful, clean and customer-focused.

Let me preface this by saying I very rarely post reviews. I scheduled an appointment at Artisan on a whim because I was in desperate need of a cut/color. I had very grown out dark blond roots and brassy blond on the ends from a dated dye job. I always struggle to find a stylist that can blend blond hair well without it turning out yellow or platinum.
I was scheduled with Matt and let me tell you he blended my hair perfectly! The blond is cool and ashy and my haircut is fresh and layered — exactly what I asked for. I could not say enough good things about Matt. Needless to say, I am beyond happy

I cannot express how much I recommend this salon, especially Jordan. Never have I experienced such great service and kindness in any line of work, especially at a hair salon. Jordan is the type of person you would be honored to have help you and that I wish more customer service employees would strive to be like. I liked the service, and the stylists/receptionists were really nice and helpful. I rated this 3 stars because although I liked the service and the stylists, the owner was straight up rude. My mom and I went there so I could get my hair colored but there was a mix up with how I wanted it done so we emailed the place to show them how I wanted it done but the owner kept on replying with rude emails back. We let it go and thought that he was having a bad day. That was a couple months ago. We went there again today to get a GLOSS only service. While taking the appointment a couple of days ago, we were

Ali did an awesome job! I wasn't 100% sure what color I wanted to do and she helped me and made suggestions of what would go good with my skin tone and what would look more natural. The salon is gorgeous and everyone is super nice and professional. I'm so glad to be done shopping around for a salon.

I had a wonderful experience at Artisan with a summer color. Ali paid close attention to detail and was eager to provide what I was looking for. I sometimes have difficulty, especially in the humid weather months styling and calming my frizzy hair and she was able to select the best products and techniques for achieving a full controlled style. This place is downright okay. I went to get my hair cut for the first time in a while, really wanting more of a trim to get off the dead ends. The stylist didn't make me feel very welcome and the atmosphere felt a little off putting not sure why. I asked her to cut my hair dry and she refused, even though the type of coarse hair I have you should always cut dry. My cut looked pretty good after she styled it and straightened it. But naturally after I washed it looked choppy and she cut too much off. Not at all what I asked for. It wasn't a horrible experience, but I didn't leave

So I want to start off by saying I love this place. Everyone is is extremely nice and respectful. Always get my hair done by Jordan shes the freekin best! THATS MY GIRL. I haven't styled my hair in a while and I told her one day I wanted a change lighten my hair more volume and she DID THAT & SO MUCH MORE!!! I recommend her to everyone and anyone !!! I have been coming here for about two years now. From the time you enter to the time you leave, it is always a friendly and welcoming environment. I love Matt and I always go to see him. He listens to me when I talk about what I want and answers any questions I have. He takes his time and I never felt that he rushed through anything. Travis Ruth is hands down the best stylist I have ever had. I first came to him with a butchered cut (think "The Rachel" from the 90s) he re-cut it into a new look that was modern and fresh. He is not only talented and skilled but a genuinely good person with a positive vibe. You won't be disappointed!

This low review comes from a horrific experience with stylist- Miranda. She did not listen to what I asked her to do and absolutely butchered my hair. She was more focused on making the cut look the way she wanted and not the way I asked. Incredibly disappointed, humiliated, and embarrassed with her work. I will not be returning.

We just moved to Apex from the D.C. area - and I was stressed out thinking about finding a new stylist. Looked online and saw that this salon had good reviews so I went for it and I'm glad I did! Matt cut, colored, and highlighted my hair and he did an amazing job. He took his time and listened to what I wanted and the end result is perfect! Prices are reasonable (was paying a lot more in D.C.!) I will definitely return.

I have no idea how to talk to a professional about my hair. My instructions are generally "umm make it look nice?" So when Cari asked me what I wanted, and I have her my typical non-answer, she immediately kicked into stylist mode and asked me a series of questions about my products, my part, my routine, etc. It was excellent. The salon was clean and bright and I felt like a million bucks when I left. I have really dark hair and I'm not really inclined to dye it, but I've seen Cari's work on her Instagram and it's gorgeous! I made the drive from Mebane (about 30 minutes

I thought the place was lovely. The staff was very accommodating and friendly however after giving explicit directions to the stylist - I had Matthew about how I wanted my haircut -there was even a woman there who had a cut that I wanted ! I got something completely different - when I asked for a little texturing he thinned out my hair! I already have thin hair- and the back has an area that he clearly cut too short- it goes straight across and doesn't blend in! I am completely disappointed. and the color that I had him do, which was a correction of some gold in the front I'm trying

I loved my experience at Artisan Hair today! I typically get my haircuts in New York City, and I have high standards for my usual thick mess of straight Asian hair. I am always disappointed with salons in the Triangle, and have stayed away. But I saw this beautiful salon open next to Whole Foods and I got a great feeling!
