In my experience Gator Heating and Air does a great job of providing excellent customer service. We've used them for a few years now and everytime we are totally satisfied with their level of quality service. We've never had to call them twice about the same thing. Just recently we called them out to diagnose why our heater was making weird sounds. The gentleman named Mikey came out and explained to us what could be going wrong and was able to fix it right away on the spot without any hassle. He was very knowledgeable and listened to all of our concerns as a customer before he even begin working

I have been a customer of Gator Heating and Air for the past 8 years. When I bought my house, it had the original AC unit which was over 20 years old. Gator Hearing and Air would come out anytime it stopped running and get it running again for $100 or less and never pressure me to replace it or get me to spend money on other costly fixes. It was always a simple fix to keep it running though we all knew it was very old. It was finally on its last leg so I shopped around for a new AC unit and installation last summer. Gator Heating and Air beat any quote I received by $2k. I was happy to use them

We had Liberty Air come out Saturday evening to fix our air (blown capacitor). Unfortunately our unit is old and the capacitor was so rusted that it was unreadable. The employee said the best they could do was to call Monday morning and come to fix it then, but then said we wouldn't be charged for the visit because he couldn't do anything. We were desperate given that this is Florida in the Summer.

I am happy to highly recommend Mike from Gator Heating and A/C. He came out this morning to my townhome in Gainesville, checked our a/c unit thoroughly and knew exactly what to do to fix the problem. He was honest and fair in his pricing, and gave us good advice on how to keep the a/c in good working condition.
