Thank you 5 star for my opportunity with my first rental property with you guys. My credit was not the greatest but they informed me they don’t base off credit I did meet all other requirements I was moved in ASAP as soon as I was approved. I applied for a condo with Five Star Management. According to their qualifications all you need is- One (1) Year Good Rental History / Make Three (3) Times Amount of Rent / No Evictions, No Judgments & No Utilities in Collection (this is directly from their website). They had already pulled my credit and called my personal references. I then called for a status on my application and they told me that they were just trying to verify my rental history nothing else. They call they self five star but they should be called one star I called them to see if they can send out pest control they told me to go online to put in a work order what if I was old and elderly and didn’t have internet I put the work order in on the 3 of may and now it’s the 6 of may and still no up date but they have the nerve to put a note on my door saying pay rent and the one that put the note on my door is the one I emailed the work order to his name is Jesse

They are very unprofessional, they do not respond AT ALL! It doesn't matter how severe of maintenance needs needed they do not care! I've had a number of issues and they still have yet to respond! My bathroom ceiling has water damage and a leak from the rain and had fell threw! Jesse has since then sent 1 man out who came looked up and left! Haven't heard or seen anyone since

Worst company ever. Be aware before dealing with them. They will just try to take your deposit.
Firs when I moved in they didn't mention a lot of wrong stuff and stains and dirty in the house. And when I called for it they said ok send us pics for it. Then when I was moving out I called them and told them exactly the day I'm moving out they said ok write a letter and drop it off at the office. And I did that and dropped it off there in their letter slot that they have outside because they were closed.. They called us few days later saying that they will charge us 2 extra days since they

Don’t rent from this people!!!!They are the worst at taking care of their tenants. They take advantage of people in need but once you try to get out of their property they won’t give your rental history unless you give them the 30 days notice first. That totally makes no sense, because cause what if you don’t get a new place to live then they would just kick you out. They want the tenants to over pay for anything that wrong in the house. They are thieves with an office. That what they are.

This is the worse place to ever rent from! The customer service is such a joke! None of the repair men that work for this company have LICENSES ! Renters beware! They nickel and dime you and do not clean the houses before renting them again! We had so many problems with them ! Leaking roof, which never got fixed , they would say well you guys need to fix it !! Better off with other places ! This company should be on the show slum lords! Do not rent here!

They are a horrible property management company. I would never rent from them. If my apartment complex hadn't changed ownership and everything i wouldn't be renting from them now. In all my 12 years of renting I've never had a bad management company until them. They might have nice listings but Omg! Run do not walk. They're bordering with slum lords.

Do not rent from them I pay over $2000 a month for a home and have never paid them my rent late but yet they believe it is ok to lie to me and not show up for appointments. I have needed maintenance repairs in the home just to have to call several times and not receive a call back. I then am finally able to get it scheduled and it gets cancelled or changed but I have to call find this out, not even the courtesy of a phone call from them. I called as soon as they opened Monday to let them know the water in my kitchen stopped working on Sunday morning. They sent someone out on Tuesday to look

Five star management is the worst property management to go though they Harass you about everything even a service animal that are legally allowed to be in home they come out and make you pay 35$ for a posting fee for everything like if you have a trampoline you get charged for having it out side you can't even have floor mats out side your front door I would never recommend anyone to go though them and the Receptionist girl are the most disrespectful people like where do they find these people and they don't care about there renters they never fix anything and if they do they get the

Crummy just the worst! If you want your family to be miserable and one other places then choose five star management they never fix what they're supposed to. We had a clogged sink and they sent somebody who is obviously hung over because he started to throw up all over The restroom and he filled our garbage bin with vomit

Five Star Property has horrible service, processes and communication.
You have to call them back at every stage of the rental process or they will simply drop your file and move on to the next.
When you do call them they make it difficult to work with them because they rush everything; way too much of a hurry. They seem to just want to get you off the phone, which leads to important actions or informations to be looked over or missed. If something goes wrong at any stage they immediately blame you.
The worst part is how long it takes them to complete necessary steps, took nearly 6 weeks at one
