Leona Piro Interiors is located in Mendon, NY and serves the Greater Rochester area. Leona Piro used her thirty-year background in the real estate field along with her long-term experience in running a business to build Act Two Home Staging. Since 2008, when the company was formed, Leona has built a loyal following of real estate agents, home owners and home builders.
Saturday I attended the Junior League of Rochester's Home Tour 2012. It featured six historic homes in the village of Pittsford. Funds raised by the home tour support the Junior League of Rochester and GIRLSrock, a program that provides young girls with guidance in finance, fitness, safety, the job market and nutrition.

We were very happy with the consultation Act Two Home Staging gave us on how to stage our house for sale. We were very impressed with the nuances Leona knew about the difference between interior decorating for personal use compared to decorating to highlight the best features of our house. The way she had us rearrange the living room furniture really showcased the large windows in our living room and the view of the backyard. We were also very happy with how she suggested we set up the foyer and put a large picture, which we’d had in our storage area, at the top of our staircase. Those changes

I called Leona because the house I was about to list for sale was a train wreck. The house is a great house but between the colors and the furniture and the STUFF everywhere, I knew my client needed help.
Leona went for the initial consult and spent about three hours there developing a plan. 2 weeks later the plan was complete and the house hit the market on Monday and on Tuesday we had multiple offers and a signed contract.
