Dr. Modi was born and raised in the Chicago area and received his dental training at the prestigious Northwestern University. After graduating in 1998, he advanced his education by completing a one year general practice residency at Northwestern-Lakeside V.A. Hospital. He soon entered private practice where he gained tremendous respect and admiration for his clinical skills and gentle chair-side manner.
