Working with Plumbing Solution to install our new hot water heater could not have gone more smoothly. They were literally at my house the day after I reached out, quickly assessed the job, and in the same day carted the old tank out and installed the new one with zero issues. Jacob, the service tech was great to work with and I couldn't believe how fast and efficient he worked. Terrific experience all around and would highly recommend!

Excellent company. First- they came the next day. Other companies did not have availability until days later. We asked for sewage lateral inspection, the technician was very knowledgeable, patient and explained everything we needed to know about our '56 house's possible issues. We decided on cleaning of our old pipes "hydro jetting" to clean the roots ingrown in the sewage pipes. They were flexible, courteous and not pushy. We will use them again.

We had an issue with the toilet fill valve that caused the toilet to constantly run. We called Plumbing Solutions based on a recommendation from a real estate agent we had worked with in the past. Jacob arrived on time and could not have been more personable, knowledgeable and helpful. Our plumbing issue was resolved quickly as he had all the replacement parts on his truck. Armando and his associate showed up early after confirming with me that I was home. They were professional. They both had masks on and put on booties before entering my residence. They were in and out within 10 min and helped me for the next time my drain clogs as it can be costly to hire plumbers to unclog them. I appreciate this business and the service they provided!!!!! I would definitely use again!

I guess if you cancel once and try to get their business they just kill you as a customer. I called for a second time because I had to cancel before, they said they'll be at my house that same day 2-5pm. They never came and I thought I kissed heard and waited till the next day. Still no show. I called them and they we're supposedly closed Friday which was the day I called until Monday.
What a crap load of poor service. They seem to do a good job when they actually show up but they should fire who makes the appointments. If it's the owner, step down!

My bathroom was draining slow & backed up. Two different plumbing companies failed to return my call so I tried Plumbing Solutions and I am so glad I did. I just plugged them into my phone contacts as a trusted resource. Ed the plumber was courteous, friendly and professional. I had sewage backing up in my house due to roots in my clean out. They came out 30 minutes after I called and helped me figure out what was going on. they helped me find tghe clean out and we very honest with me about what could be done and how much it would cost - even when it became clear that I was not going to be able to use them to fix the problem.

Amazing service! We came home last night and had a water bubble in our wall. I messaged Plumbing Solutions and they got me in right away the next day. They showed up early and Armando and Andres assessed the issue immediately. They had to cut our dry wall to find the leak and they did it in such a clean and professional way. They found and fixed our leak at a great price and cleaned everything up. Wonderful skilled young men! I highly recommend!
