China Wall Restaurant

The food was not the worst but not great. However, what made this experience very unpleasant was the service we received! The waitress/owner (I assume she is the owner) was extremely rude. She did not once smile and was overall condescending. Almost as if life has been stripped from every part of her soul, lol. Note on the food: all my family’s meals were quite distasteful; thus, if you do go, grab the pad thai and nothing else since the other meals are not good. That was the only decent one in my opinion. Food tasted hot and fresh. We ordered the general Tso and orange chicken with wonton and hot and sour soup as starters. Admittedly both entrees had a different flavor than what we were expecting for orange and general tso chicken, but we still enjoyed them. Was not impressed by the pink-dyed-pork in my won ton soup, just as another reviewer mentioned. I do wish there was vegetables served with our chicken entrees but overall it was a satisfying meal

This place was Alright. The service was not great. We waited about half an hour for our food and another ten for our drinks. My dads food was not that good. My stepmom’s chicken was gray and their was no Sauce on her meal Also my chicken was chewy. But If you must eat Chinese in whitefish Montana I suggest going to this Chinese Restaurant.

I've been going to the China Wall for years now and they never disappoint. The prices are good and the portion size is generous. And most importantly the food is great! The best Chinese food in whitefish.

Food is okay but that's the only tolerable thing about this place. The customer service is as poor as it can get. The lady at the restaurant is not welcoming and rude to say the least. We were shown our table and asked for water, which we got after 15 mins of wait. Then after 10 mins someone comes to take our order again in the most lethargic way possible. We got our food after 45 mins and the shop was not even busy. The lady in the restaurant was on phone whenever she was taking our orders or serving. She was tossing the food while serving. Amazing food and great service. Our food is always delicious. Staff is friendly. Restaurant is clean. Large menu with something for everyone! The Pho was fantastic!

I was worried how this would turn out based on some of the other reviews but it was really good. We ordered the Egg Rolls, Pho, and Pad Thai. We also had it delivered to our hotel room. It took about 45 minutes to arrive and that worked great for us. The Pho was hot and hot the spot after a long day hiking in the snow. The egg rolls were nice and crispy with an unusual sauce my husband loved. The Pad Thai was different but also good. We even have extras for lunch tomorrow.

Great food, excellent waitstaff, and very nice atmosphere. Will definitely recommend and return.

Absolutely terrible owners treat employees like crap spend your money anywhere but here pos slum slave drivers breaking all kinds of labor laws!!!! STAY AWAY FOID IS HORRIBLE!!!

Truly the worse “Chinese” food we have ever had. I am not sure where to start because we couldn’t eat it. I should have gone back and asked for a refund! We ordered General Tsao chicken and chicken with broccoli both with fried rice and a side order of egg rolls. The General Tsao was fried in very old oil that was smoky and burnt tasting, it was dried out, bland apart from the old oil taste. I couldn’t go past the first bite. The fried rice was dry and bland. Terrible service. Food came extremely spicy when specifically told not to make it spicy. After being told that it's not manageable to eat, the owner didn't want to do anything and tried to avoid us the rest of the time.

Went in for lunch today and had the Vietnamese vermicelli noodles with veggies, pork and shrimp. Sauce was light and not over powering. The portion was huge for the price. Would definitely recommend.

The egg rolls are the best ever! The fresh spring rolls are also the best ever! As is the Pho! I love it when my job takes me to Whitefish, because it's China Wall time! 5 stars!
