It is essential for couples or individuals to have a power of attorney in case of incompetency. No one wants to think about this, but if you have a stroke, are injured in a car wreck, etc., and become incompetent, it is VERY costly to have to open a conservatorship, which may be the only option for someone who is handling your financial affairs for you.
There are many different nuances with local laws in Mobile, as well as those on state and federal levels, that may be confusing for those who don't work in a law office. The William C. Cause he is professional. Him and his racist receptionist, got a attitude with my mom over the phone, but When I got there to talk both of them all of a sudden, they out the office, due to COVID-19. Then they… next week they back all off a sudden. I guess y’all quarantine days is less than everybody else huh? 😂 then they owe me money 💵 and got a attitude cause I’m calling checking on it. Even though y’all didn’t have to call me to check on me paying what I owed y’all. Pay your debt 💸 especially since y’all a corporation/LLC....
