They did a great job with my loveseat and it looks so much better, they got most of the spots out! There was a small misunderstanding as I only asked for the couch to be done and was invoiced for it, and they ended up doing both that and the armchair which I was just going to donate, so I was slightly bummed that I had to pay for both. But overall, the improvement is huge and the technicians were very professional and worked without any problems. I’d use this company again!

Thank you! My carpets look amazing! We have a 1 year old grandson and a dog. It was important to us to find someone who uses clean products with No chemicals or strong smells. They were very professional and kind. They were respectful of my home. I love how they use wall corner guides for the hose’s to get around my house without damaging my house. I would totally recommend these guys.

Our carpets look and smell like new! Andrew and his partner were pleasant, patient with our puppy and toddler, and worked hard to get the job done. Afterward, we remembered a spot under a rug and they didn’t hesitate to get the equipment back out and take care of it. They also left us with some spot cleaner so I could take care of an orange cheese handprint my daughter left on her upholstered rocking chair. They went above and beyond. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their service and will definitely use them again!

This was my second time using TruRinse. The first time the restoration company called them. I’m glad I kept them in mind because my basement flooded again. And this time I didn’t want to go through a restoration company. I called these guys to lay new padding, stretch the carpet and professionally clean it. Jorden and Hendrick did an amazing job and they were super quick. I’m so glad I called TruRinse. It would’ve taken me hours to do what they did and I still wouldn’t have saved much. The price I was quoted was actually more than what they actually charged! I’ve never had a contractor

The process this company uses is awesome! My carpets look amazing and with no residue! The tech was friendly, thorough, and did a fantastic job. Their spot cleaner is also amazing and I've had excellent results. All without harsh chemicals. Would 100% recommend them and won't use anybody else.

Rory did such a great job and was so friendly and helpful! He listened to my concerns and worked hard to ensure I was happy with the job. The office staff was empathetic to my situation and got me scheduled sooner than expected. TruRinse customer service was incredible and I will never go anywhere else! Plus my carpets look amazing!

I highly recommend this company for carpet cleaning . They are so professional they wear gloves, masks & booties. We had several rooms done in our home. They were very prompt . They even called to come early. They send you a reminder text the day before. They pre treat the carpets & let that sit on the carpets for a while. They use a van mounted vacuum to clean the carpets . They are fast & efficient. The carpets look amazing & aren't that wet they dried really fast. There is no residue or soap left on the carpets & they don't use harsh chemicals . They offer a protection

We had VCS come and clean our carpets today. We had one room that had previously been cleaned by another company. There were several stains from paints, markers etc that the kids had made, which hadn't come out. The other cleaning company said that the stains are permanent.
Matt with VCS took that as a challenge, and now the stains are gone :-) The room looks great, the stains are gone and we are happy. We will always use VCS Carpet Cleaning going forward.

VCS Carpet Cleaning came recommended from a friend, when we were looking to get our carpets cleaned before moving into a new house. I was thrilled with their work (the carpets looked brand new!) and the staff was the best I have ever worked with of any carpet cleaning company (and we've used many over the years). I will absolutely use VCS again--and I recommend them to everyone. Seriously, they're the best.
