I asked him to look over my Will 9 months before & he OK'd it. This visit he said my Will wasn't done correctly. He told me because I didn't probate my husband's Will, I didn't own my house. Even tho everything was given directly to me & the house was put in my name, plus the deed said my husband's name "and" my name. Mr Roland bad mouthed me, my decisions, altho the Court had registered everything, Mr Jeter insisted my dead husband (40 yrs he's been dead) owned half the house & I owned half, & Mr Jeter said I couldn't do anything about it, that I couldn't sell the house or give it to anyone in

Mr. Jeter was able to get me in to see him quickly to discuss my case. He gave me best and worst case scenarios and was open and honest about all fees. He was able to get my case resolved with minimal fees. Many attorneys wanted triple what I paid. His paralegal was the best. She was always responsive and reassuring. I would refer them anytime!

If I could give this "firm" a zero rating, I would. I second the thoughts of other review. The "receptionist" or whatever she is needs intense customer service training and a course on professionalism. I literally waited in the office 25 minutes listening to Mr. Roland discuss his personal business on the phone. He knew that my appointment was at 1:00 and instead chose to discuss his credit card bills and other personal information for over 20 minutes. I finally decided that this is not the attorney that I would hire to handle any of my affairs and left. When I told the

Mr. Jeter did my parents wills many years ago. When my dad passed away 2 years ago Mr. Jeter and his staff were extremely helpful. The probate of the will went smoothly. I was able to appear in front of the judge on my mother’s behalf since she was elderly and not in good health. When she passed away a few months ago this time we had to deal with their house. Once again, because of the way the will was done in the first place, probate went very smoothly. Roland helped me with my divorce from my X wife. She had ran up a lot of credit card
debt and kept it hidden. It was very complicated and her and her attorney stalling
as long as they could. We finally got as much evidence as we could from them and she
admitted she had made the charges without me knowing so dropped her claims for me
to pay half of that. Roland and his team were great.
