Blister's BBQ
This place is amazing. I have always driven past it and never given it a second thought, thinking it was just another crummy gas station restaurant, but I decided to give it a try and I am glad I did. The staff was great, and the food was absolutely delicious! I will definitely be coming back many more times and would highly recommend it to anybody who is looking for good bbq.

5 stars all day. Our freshly smoked meats and sides have quickly become an area favorite. Operating out of a small gas station, our restaurant is just West of Highway 20 exit 333. From this location we serve lunch and dinner to hundreds of people everyday, and meet catering orders for events across Southeast Idaho.

My favorite eatery in rexburg! I only wish they had more locations and more seating! Couldn't ask for better BBQ for the price!

Blisters just sold… I had been going there since they opened… was #1… now never again!!
Ordered 2 bacon cheeseburgers, one with Mac and cheese, and mushrooms(which I paid for , but did not get), and fresh onion …. The other fresh onion. We got them, they were soo soggy, you can’t pick them up. Lettuce was really bad, not one mushroom!! Mac and cheese was so peppery, it’s not edible.
Good side, actual burgers (meat) was good, and the cris-cross fries. I ordered ahead so I didn’t have to stand in a line of college kids… still had to!!

Delicious sandwiches. I love the vinegar pulled pork. It shares space with a convience store, but it has dining tables and a soda fountain. They serve Iron Port, which is a local soda that tastes pretty good. Fair prices as well.

One of my favorite places in town. Great brisket, awesome customizable burgers, and usually I'm not big on Turkey but their turkey sandwich is amazing! Glad these guys are around

Excellent food and service with big portions. It's located inside Mother Hibbards gas station. Doesn't look like much but it's worth the stop!!

Very good!! I got the bbq pulled pork sandwich with fries. My only complaint is that my bun looked and tasted a little burned, and the fries were borderline burned as well. Either way though, very yummy! The bbq sauce is very good too. For gas station food, this place slaps.

This place is unassuming as it shares space with a gas station convenience store, however, it serves really good BBQ as evidenced by its popularity. Our party of three arrived just ahead of the lunch rush as we noticed a line of 20 people form as we found a table. We tried the pulled pork and brisket sandwiches with brisket loaded fries, coleslaw, and scones. They were out of baked beans and substituted for the scones, which are served with a delicious honey butter of frosting thickness. Highly recommend.

This restaurant is in a gas station. But don't let that fool you. The bbq was good. They smoke the meat every day. The baked beans were the best I have had in a long time.

YES! I love this place. Our FHE group went and filled up the room on a Monday night and they pumped out all of our food really quickly. The Cuban was a great choice, so tender and juicy. Not to mention the amazing fries 🙏🏻🥔🍟

Literally the worst barbque I've ever had, I don't understand these reviews. I wish I hadn't stopped here.
Brisket and pulled pork: so tough, dry and stringy that they required more chewing than an overdone steak. How does one even do this to these meats???
Ham: was just three lunchmeat-slices of pressed ham product. Not even actual ham.
Coleslaw: SO salty. Like the cap to the salt shaker fell off when it was being made.
KEEP DRIVING.

Nice people, fabulous food, fair prices.. in the top 3 places to eat in Rexburg at any price. Very informal, but quality is here in a town that seems not to know the word.

BBQ in a gas station? Heck yeah! I never would have guessed that this magical place was located in a unassuming Mobil station. I had the brisket, sweet pulled pork, and cole slaw and ate every damn bite. Delicious!

Really good barbecue at a fair price. Love the ambiance, gas stations are my favorite but they gave us no napkins or forks so we had to wash our hands with the meaty barbaque sauce and use the barbaque sauce lids as forks so overall great.

What a great surprise at this small corner gas station. We happen to stop to get gas and use the restroom and the amazing smell from the grill made us have to go and check it out. Everyone that was eating there had amazing looking bbq, so we decided to give it a try. The special was the burger loaded with pulled pork, cheese, jalapeños........ it came with these amazing fries. It was delicious. Must try if in the area.

Okay so, I usually don't write reviews, but my experience here really needed shared. Long story short, for such a humble looking place, this place throws down. And I'm going to be craving this food for a long time to come.

The longer version of this story is: I tend to love BBQ places. I just love the different takes on BBQ sauces, and that is almost the sole reason I go to BBQ places. But, above my love of BBQ is my love of a Cuban sandwich. I have been on the hunt for the best Cuban sandwich for years now. So whenever I see one on a menu, I am obliged to order one. Much to my surprise

I'm a Texas girl, so I'm picky when it comes to BBQ, but so far, Idaho has not disappointed! I eat Blister's about once a week! The brisket is my favorite meat there and their macaroni is soooo good! Love this place.

Blisters is really good barbecue. They have an amazing Cuban sandwich that is my personal favorite. However I’ve never been disappointed with anything I have ordered here. Don’t let the fact that it’s in the gas station fool you. It is a very popular barbecue spot Because it is very good. They come up with a new burger every week and it’s usually an amazing work of art. Don’t miss blisters.

This is NOT the best BBQ in Idaho. The brisket didn't have any flavor, the fries were greasy and soggy, the coleslaw tasted weird and the "fry sauce" was like water.
The only thing I liked were the fried green beans.
I didn't even mind that it's in a gas station. It was just below average food. Period.
Never to return there again.
