West Meade Place Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center has provided nursing services to the Greater Nashville community since 1992. The ownership and staff of the health center bring a wealth of experience, as well as a passion for our elderly population. From an excellent rehab program to skilled nursing, or for the long-term care resident, West Meade Place has demonstrated its ability to exceed the customer's expectations.

Our staff takes pride in providing our residents with health care services of a high caliber in a manner that respects the dignity and individual needs of each resident. We welcome feedback from our customer base so that we can strive for constant improvement of our services.
We provide private or semi-private rooms, with wireless internet, telephones and flat screen TV's for each resident. We are delighted to have residents bring photographs or items from home to make their room familiar and inviting. Besides the rooms, the residents enjoy an outside garden area, the atrium, a family dining area and other common areas.
Nothing was too much to ask of your staff and much was done without asking. West Meade Place transformed a nursing home into a" family" home for our loved one and for many others. I can’t say enough positive things about this assignment!!! I LOVED working here when I picked up my shift through agency. Everybody is so kind and the residents are amazing and so great to work with. Anytime there’s a chance to pick up here I always take it!!! LOVEEEEEE IT!! Very agency friendly and amazing management and staff.
