Our belief is that you do not have to spend thousands and thousands of dollars to have an amazing and unique wedding gown. Our full service store has everything that you can imagine! We operate by appointment and there will always be seasoned professionals available to help you. Our North Syracuse location reaches out to much of western, central and upstate New York.
Use exit 36 and take I-81 North to exit 27-28 (Syracuse Airport/Taft Road/North Syracuse). Get in the right lane and follow exit 28 (Taft Road/North Syracuse). At the light, turn left and go 1 mile to the intersection of Route 11. Turn right on Route 11 and head north about half a mile. We will be on the right, just before Geddes Bakery.

I had such a great experience finding my dress here! There are so many beautiful dresses to choose from and everyone there was so professional and excited for me as I was trying on. When I walked in my first thought was, “if I don’t find my dress here, I won’t find it anywhere.” This is the best option by far I’m the area and I highly recommend

I absolutely love this place Cheryl was absolutely amazing! She took care of my sister when she got her dress and was amazing with her as well. I am not a huge fan of wearing dresses but between her and my sister they both help me find the perfect one!! I would recommend anyone to go here to get their wedding dress!!

I tried on wedding dresses at 4 different locations, and New York Bride & Co. was by far the best in so many ways. 1- they have SO MUCH variety! There is literally something for any and every bride. I liked every single dress I tried on there, no matter what style they were. 2- my consultant, Kiera, was so knowledgeable, she picked out absolutely PERFECT dresses for me based on my likes and dislikes of other dresses, and was nice and friendly through the entire process. Comparing Kiera to all of the other bridal consultants I met with at different stores, she ranked #1 in my book. Extremely great

I had a wonderful experience shopping for my wedding dress at New York Bride & Co! The atmosphere of the shop was calm and quiet, and I was never pressured into purchasing. Cheryl was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable in finding dresses that matched what I was looking for. NY Bride was amazing!! They were extremely helpful and clean with a variety that’s unmatched. I walked in with one idea and decided on a completely different dress that I fell in love with. I had the most relaxing and beautiful experience finding my dress at New York Bride & Co.! The shop itself is beautiful and clean with ample bright lighting, big mirrors and relaxing music to set the mood. At the beginning on the appointment I was briefed on how important it is to stay open minded. They said it's super common to come in expecting to like a certain kind and leave with something else and that's exactly what happened. I thought I wanted simple but there wasn't a dry eye in the house when I tried on this beauty!!
Leanne and Morgan helped me try on probably 30 dresses and they were AMAZING! So helpful, supportive

This is my favorite bridal boutique and I love everyone who works here! The owner and the girls here are great and really do care about you when you first walk in until you're ready to leave and your whole bridal process. I felt like a queen! My dress shopping experience was very intimate- I didn't have a lot of people in my party all at once but they were patient with me and took the time to make me feel special.
I found my perfect dress and I still go back to try it on every now and then because I love it so much. The veil is gorgeous as well. I will be getting alterations done here

Went for my dress and wasn't really impressed with the sales lady. She was very inattentive and blamed it on being "understaffed" but managed to take tons of time with the other bride she was working with. I wasn't asking for the world but it would have been nice if she brought dresses that were similar to what I picked as well as when I asked about belts/veil maybe brought over a couple to try on with the dress. I really didn't want to write this bad review. I tried to be positive throughout the process, even after balling my eyes out during my second dress fitting. I even tried to be calm as I witnessed the verbal altercation between my mother and the seamstress because none of my feedback was taken into consideration, and I did remain calm, at least then. But when you dread looking at your own wedding photos because your dress didn't fit you properly, there's nothing left to do but take to yelp.

This past weekend we went shopping for my cousins bridal gown. We had a rather discouraging appointment before coming to a New York bride. We didn't make an appointment, and had no problem coming in at 11am on a Sunday.
We were asked to leave our coffee and shoes at the door. So a pro tip to wear socks (or bring them). Upon entering, we immediately got a more relaxed feeling.
The stylist was very kind and welcoming. She immediately felt like a friend and a confident. My cousin was very discouraged from the previous appointment and she put her at ease.

Can't say enough about this place- mainly my consultant Val! Such a relaxed environment, incredibly helpful without being pushy, and I bought my dream dress off the sale rack for 199 dollars! Most people would have looked the other way with a sale like that, but Val couldn't have been more excited for me (when she knew what style I was going for, she was the one who actually found the dress) Thank you NY Bride! :o)

If I could give this place no stars I would. It was absolutely horrendous. First off the fact that you can't make an appointment is insane. So I went close to when they opened. I was greeted and then told to look around while the consultant took car of someone else. I had to not only pick the dresses that I wanted to try on but also carry them to the smallest room ever shoved in the corner. I was supposed to have two consultants tag teaming me but they treated me like I didn't even exist. They helped me into one of the ten dresses that I tried on. Just one. Maybe because I didn&apos

No. Just no. I wish I could give them zero stars. First of all, they don't do appointments- which is fine but the consultants literally refuse to help you. We asked them to do our measurements and they insisted (after a 20 minute wait) on doing them in front of the freezing door/ cash register and shouted our measurements out loud to everyone in the room. They also only carry one size in each dress and the person doing our measurements couldn't even recommend a size to us. Despite all this we ordered our dresses here since the bride loved them and we are good little bridesmaids. Well

Welp, I don't want to do this but now I have to. So I wound up not buying a dress here but went back to buy a headband that I liked. Well, can you guess who read my review (which isn't even the worst one this place has) and decided it was appropriate to confront me about it in the middle of the store while I shop for a headband? I think you can. Very unprofessional. Everyone else I've had to interact with at this store has been super nice. Guess someone skipped customer service training day. This review pertains to bridal gowns and alterations. They don't do appointments, so it means you should try and go when people aren't going to be going (i.e. Saturday) so that it is less crowded.
NYB was one of the first places I visited on my search for a wedding gown. I was upfront about it being my first shot at looking for a dress, and the girl assisting me was extremely enthusiastic and helpful, even though, as most people know, on your first visit to your first store, it's unlikely you'll be making any decisions/a purchase.

I have to say, I have been in and out of the salon a ton after picking out my dress a few months ago and the girls have been nothing but accommodating. Also, I didn't even look at the price and found my dream dress for less than $1000. Amazing! Really pretty store too. Glad I went there. Have my final fitting on Wednesday and expect everything to be great.

OK, I will say that the tuxedos that were rented here were absolutely top-notch. And simply sending in my measurements got me a perfect fitting tux. So that was a plus, even if the rental fee was outrageous.
What was not a plus was how they treated the bride-to-be when she called about questions on the tux. They initially blew her off and followed that by being outright rude. Not a good way to treat someone planning for their special day!

Fantastic experience! This was the second bridal salon that I visited, and after having a TERRIBLE experience at a salon in downtown Syracuse, I was almost ready to give up on shopping altogether.
The salon is HUGE, and very bright and clean. The dressing rooms are so big, and the outside of each door is mirrored, which is fantastic. The consultants were attentive and helpful without being pushy, and were always available when I had a question.
I definitely recommend going to New York Bride. Great service and a fantastic experience!

Visit NY Bride. The ladies there are so sweet and so helpful. I visited on a Friday, which I HIGHLY recommend. Besides myself there was one other bride... and we each had our own wing of the shop. The girl who I worked with me was amazing. She found me so many dresses and really listened to what I had to say.
We later returned on a Saturday to try on my top 3 dresses again. Oh no. Do NOT go on a Saturday. Especially if its anywhere from February- April. One

One star for horrible service that scales with the amount you seem ready to spend. I was misquoted an amount for pressing my dress on the phone, and in person was told the cost would be 5x that amount. The woman at the desk was unapologetic, cold, and impolite after I inquired about this quote. I have heard similar reports about their service from others shopping for their wedding or bridesmaid dresses, so don't recommend supporting this business.
