If you're attempting to convey the view surrounding a marsh, river, creek, ocean, or lake, there is simply not better way to define the space or area than through the use of a drone. Users quickly identify which area of land is being referred to and obtaining the approximate dimensions of the surroundings.
Buying and selling a home has been and always will be an emotional decision for those involved. The photography used to portray that home must best reflect that mood, atmosphere, lifestyle and environment. One component of setting the mood and atmosphere is through the focal length of the camera.
A wide angle lens shot from corner to corner is often sterile, severely distorted at the edges, and often lacks the detail and drama we're trying to invoke.Pick up any magazine and look at the photos that strike you. I would guarantee that the majority are not shot "wide". Most architectural / design photographs are shot at 24mm.

We strive to turn photos around next day and on occasion two days. Because of the longer processing time for videos, 1-3 days of editing time may be required. Every home is different. We try to play to each homes strengths and provide enough photos to entice a buyer's curiosity. We have seen that too many photos may provide too much information and may even preclude a showing!

I cannot even begin to tell you how happy I am that we found Rich King at Upwind Studios!!! He takes excellent pictures, is so reasonably priced, works very hard to meet your scheduling needs, shows up on time...and get this....took amazing pictures of a property where the tenants did not take the time to ensure the property was ready for professional photos. He moved things around, cleaned up and the photos turned out great!! It definitely was not his job to do any of that, but a business going above and beyond my expectations will earn my loyalty every time!! Thanks Rich King and Upwind Studios

Rich is the most talented photographer I have ever worked with.
Although he lives 3 hours away, I can always schedule him with minimum notice. He understands his craft and consistently gets the kind of pictures that are beyond the skills of most photographers in this business. He truly has an artist's eye. Whether you need exquisite indoor shots or awe inspiring aerials, you can count on him.

Rich is fantastic! My experience in working with him has been exceptional. As a real estate professional, I need good communication with a spectacular product and Rich provides just that. He is extremely responsive and is able to deliver what I need in a timely manner. If you are looking for someone with a detailed eye with an abundance of experience Rich would certainly be the one to count on. I have had some transactions that Rich has photographed transpire over pictures alone!

I could not have asked for better service, more exquisite home photos or faster turn-around. The house had been listed with another agent and it did not sell. Once I listed the house, with the pictures provided by Upwind Studio, the listing sold in 4 days. My clients were certain the house sold so quickly because of the quality photo on the web. They were so very pleased with the photos. I will absolutely use Upwind Studios in the future for my listings.

Rich King and Upwind Studios have become my go-to photographer for EVERYTHING I need related to Real Estate or when it comes to Aerial Photography.
