This company has some of the best folks to work with in the area. They were professional and the communication was great. I appreciated meeting Juan who did my initial inspection and walked me through the roof replacement process. Then, it was Alexis who was in constant communication before the service began, throughout the day to answer my questions and even afterwards to follow up after installation. They were the best company I have ever dealt with.
I moved from Montana to Myrtle Beach and bought a house that I knew was going to need a new roof.
They gave me bids on multiple roof types. After choosing the roof and color they came out on time the day after delivering the material, stripped the old roof, installed the new roof in one day!
The workers were hard working, cheerful and respectable. They cleaned up all of their mess, use a large magnet to make sure they picked up all the nails.
I would highly recommend United Contractors Roofing for any roofing needs.

I'm the renter and the new roof is stunning.
The quality of work of United Roofing was fenomenal. They completed everything in the correct time. This house got a new roof starting of by a free roof inspection were they found some wind and hail damage, then Tod and Elissa did a great Job filing the claim and going through all the insurance process. Then the crew and supervision was effective . Highly recommend them!

The staff members are all so kind and professional in every way. If it weren’t for Ajay knocking on my door after a hail storm to share information with me, I wouldn’t have known how awesome they are and what the possibilities were in getting a new roof after damaging winds. He was so knowledgeable and most importantly patient, thorough, and kind. The whole experience was a royal treatment, not only how clean the process in the yard cleanup was, but they protected my house and newly planted flowers. Great service above and beyond. Ajay also offered to help contact the insurance company as needed

United contractors Roofing did an amazing job installing the roof on my house. My Salesman Todd inspected my roof and found plenty of hail damage . He was very informative of the process and walked me through the claim process with my insurance. Not only did the company file my claim, but they exceeded my expectations by ensuring I was receiving a fair estimate from my insurance company.The crew members were kind and very mindful of the clean up and my neighbors. Overall it was an excellent experience ! To top things off, Todd brought me a very thoughtful gift box and was interested in my feedback
