We have used Climate Experts several times now and have always been very impressed by their service and professionalism. We purchased an ac unit from another company two years ago (I wish I knew about Climate Experts before then) and the company we bought from was awful and we ended calling Climate Experts to correct all the issues we had from the… previous company. Even though the new unit wasn’t purchased from them they came out and did a fantastic job correcting everything and we have used them for service ever since. When it’s time for another new unit I will for sure purchase

To say we are very disappointed is an understatement in Climate Experts and the way we were treated in the last few months with the technician not believing us on the constant power draw giving us $600 electric bills with $300/$400 being AC alone. The issue ended up being a stuck electric heater strip drawing 5000 watts of constant power but wasn't… found either time Climate Experts were out but immediately by Paradise. The biggest issue I have is that when asking about the potential of the bad heater strip suggested by FPL we were blown off and told the technician didn't even know about

I can not say enough good things about this company! They went well above the call of duty by showing up to fix our home ac unit on the same day notice. The service man showed up at 7:30pm and didn't leave until after 9pm. He cleaned our unit and serviced it and now we have cold air again! This company is veteran owned and operated~ same day service, all brands serviced, free estimates, flat rate pricing, and they have an affordable 12 month maintenance plan for $199 which is well worth it!

There's nothing as incredibly horrendous as not having a working air conditioning unit in a home in Florida in the middle of summer. There's also nothing as terrifying as the thought of paying through the nose for unnecessary repairs or equipment that's 10 times the price it should be. The best way to mitigate both of these frightening scenarios is to go to the proper company, with the proper credentials, the proper experience, integrity, and honesty. Tech came out within 2 hours or less, the air would have been fixed if it wasn't so late
He came back in the morning and had it fixed within a hour or 2, I was not there a friend was. But I met the technician the night before and he seemed very honest and fair. I would definitely recommend this company
