Simple & sweet. Great, informative staff. Quick to answer calls & emails. Clean and extremely beautiful facility. Lots of private parking. They're a little weird on large events and catering. However, their food is delicious! I was so disappointed to attend a wedding once where they ran out of food & didn't apologize to the guests. It was upsetting, but not the reason we attending, so we didn't let it get to us. We love this venue. So many amazing things about the whole facility, always looking forward to returning, whether we get food or not ;)

I was looking for a place to hold a surprise party for my wife's 50th birthday party. I wanted it to be a surprise. I also wanted to have a 80's cover band play. This was a big "to do". I needed to keep it secret and have the latitude to do what I wanted. After searching nearly a dozen places, I came upon the Timber Creek Ballroom. It's located in Roseville in a mostly senior community. Funny. I figured what the hell, let's give it a shot. Boy was I impressed. Jenny, my coordinator and catering sales director, was fantastic. She was there for me every step of the way

Picking out a wedding venue, haven't officially decided yet, but Timber Creek is in the top choices.

Here's one of the things that really sets them apart: they are the best of anyone I've seen at communication. Their initial public wedding information is super informative and lists prices--many venues try to hide their prices until you contact them. Timber Creek's information is comprehensive and covered nearly all of my questions.

They offer drop-in tours, as well, which is great! Kathy gave me a tour of the place, and answered many of my questions before I knew I had those

We had our wedding here recently and it was the absolute best. The whole process was so easy. Jenny is fantastic and her staff was amazing as well. They are all so professional. This is a beautiful venue for ceremony and reception. We are truly lucky and blessed to have had our special day at timber creek. The food was also so good! Our guests couldn't stop talking about how amazing the food was! There are several areas to take great pictures too. Anyone looking for a venue needs to stop by and book this place. Can be for a wedding or any other event. We loved everything about our wedding

My family hosted a Celebration of Life in one of Timber Creek's rooms.
From start to finish the event was seamless. We had a short timeline, and fluid guest list. The staff was very accommodating.
The food was good. Access to the bar was great. Servers were right on schedule.
The family arrived and could concentrate on the event.
Perfect.

Jenny and her crew were great! We had 120 for a combined birthday bash with live band and sit down dinner. Great venue and delicious meal! Having an event at Timber Creek Ballroom is a must! You won't be disappointed!

This was my first time to this Del Webb area. It was a huge town of housing with the Pinnacle of a lodge and Golf Course.

I was attending the Roseville Chamber of Commerce event and it was a great location. I spent some time scoping out the digs and talked to the restaurant hostess to learn more about the culture of this area. I was intrigued and I will be back to learn more about the splendors of retirement!

Jenny and the Timber Creek Ballroom staff are incredible!!! The Roseville Area of Chamber has hosted a yearly Dinner at Timber Creek for over 20 years and Jenny has always been beyond amazing to work with!!!!
She was very accommodating with last minute changes of our event and her staff went above and beyond to do things that weren't even in our contract (for example: lighting the candles to our center pieces). Where do I start?! From the moment we walked into the venue we instantly knew this was the right place. Jenny and Debb are wonderful at what they do. Making sure your day goes as you always had planned it. From one planner to another, T's are crossed and i's are dotted by the seasoned professional; Jenny Giallanza. Jenny has seen it all and can take any event plan and make it memorable. We worked together on a corporate event that required highlighting Timber Creeks beautiful environment. We did just that. We also challenged the chef with an ALL Gluten-Free menu of 4 food stations. We also asked to have local micro-brews (w/ gluten!) featured at a specialty beer-tasting station. Jenny arranged for all of these details superbly. We just got married at Timber Creek last weekend. And I simply cannot recommend this venue enough. Our wedding was everything we wanted and more. And the staff at Timber Creek was phenomenal!! It was such a weight off of my mind to know that Jenny and her staff at TC had everything under control. Jenny always communicated with me in timely manner and was such a wealth of knowledge and so well organized and just a joy to work with! I so appreciated her professionalism and the care with which she helped us plan our most important day.

Timber Creek Ballroom is the absolute best! I noticed them in several of the Sacramento area wedding magazines and decided to check it out. The venue is beautiful, both indoors and outdoors. Jenny the coordinator is wonderful. She's not pushy and even encourages you to look into other venues and held our wedding date for a week to continue or search and make a decision. She responds quickly and thoroughly to questions in all forms of communication and is very organized. Her personality is a bonus! Her assistant Debbie is equally wonderful and shares the same qualities.

Staff do not care if you are looking for help or arrangements. The staff onsite informed us to call to schedule appointment.

Grounds need lots of work. Staff need better communication. Rooms to consider for reception are definitely touched up in any wedding pictures you find.

My husband Bobby and I had our wedding here on April 18th, 2015 and we couldn't have been happier!!! From the very beginning Jenny the catering sales director was beyond helpful, organized and knowledgable...when the big day arrived I knew everything we planned and discussed would be taken care of. After the ceremony we entered the ballroom and immediately I was blown away by the presentation and service from the staff. Isaac the banquet coordinator was delightful and he really made us feel special and well taken care of. The food was AMAZING!!! We got so many compliments from all of our guests

My husband and I had our wedding here in January! Jenny was extremely helpful from day 1. She helped us get the most for our money. From our first appointment to the big day, I couldn't have asked for a better venue.

Venue: the ballroom is beautiful, perfect to fit our large family. The outdoor ceremony space was beautiful. My pictures are gorgeous with sunsets in the background. Even in January it was nice!

We were married here on 9-28-14 and couldn't be happier with the experience. Many guests have told us it was the most elegant wedding they have ever been to, which is in great part due to the surroundings that Timber Creek provided. From the beautiful rose garden where our ceremony was held, to the gorgeous golf course, to the grand ballroom that even with it's size, felt very intimate.

Timber Creek Ballrom is just beautiful. An absolute must see in your search for an event or wedding venue. Jenny and Serena go above and beyond in their customer service. Their response time is impeccable and their willingness to accommodate even better. The ballroom is the nicest around and at an extremely fair price. There is an outdoor area as well that is perfect for an intimate setting for a wedding.
