My father, Mr. Dale Duckett, worked as a self-employed plumber in different cities in upstate South Carolina. After working as an individual for several years, he laid the foundation of Duckett Plumbing in 1969 in Anderson, SC, and later in Greenville, SC in 1992. He had the vision to provide the best plumbing experience to people all around upstate South Carolina without breaking their bank.
Not long after launching the company, he realized that to meet his goals in providing the best plumbing services to his customers, he needed to collaborate with the most skilled plumbers across the counties. Under the supervision of Mr. Duckett, Duckett Plumbing grew to become the first choice of customers for their plumbing problems.

The week before Christmas, we noticed our 20-year old water heater was leaking! We called Duckett Plumbing on Monday - Dontae came out a few hours later and evaluated the situation and gave us an estimate. On Tuesday we had a new water heater installed, new outlet lines, new fittings, new expansion tank, new shutoff valve and new drain pan! Everything was cleaned up and all the old parts and water heater hauled off. Dontae was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Did not try to sell us more than we needed and gave us honest recommendations. Would highly recommend Duckett Pluming.

We had this company to replace our 10 years water heater. Everything was ok till the last step. they took a wrong size of gas connector that we requested to replace and paid extra 50 for. We were told they will come back and continue the job. We paid all at one time. Then they never called back or returned. We have to called many times over a month for it. Answer was will call back or will come back or need to check with their manager, however nothing got done , never called back for a month, until we called manager. We really hope everything can be done before Christmas.

Let’s be real, nobody like to have to call for a plumber, kind of like going to the dentist.
We bought an older house just over a year ago and have been working with Scott at Duckett Plumbing to get things back to where they should be on multiple occasions. He may not tell you what you necessarily want to hear but he is 100% trustworthy and fair.
For example, we had an exterior hose Bibb that wouldn’t stop leaking. I called and asked him how much it would cost to fix? His response was without looking at it it could be nothing or it may cost a visit. His people came and said they could replace

On moving from Florida to our new home in Greenville, South Carolina the moving truck ran over the irrigation valve box breaking a pipe causing water to start flooding the lawn and sidewalk. We contacted Duckett Plumbing (via Yelp messaging) they responded immediately, first they told me how to cut the water off, then dispatched the next available team to our new home.
Two men arrived in less than an hour,diagnosed the problem and I was then given a very reasonable price, they then proceeded to fix the problem.
