Termite inspections are available to ensure that there are no active or live termites or wood destroying insects present in the home. Termite tracks are often noticeable in the form of shelter tubes, decaying or deteriorating cardboard, wood, and furniture made of similar products. Termites are able to slowly but surely eat through these hard materials and gradually do so as they spread and expand.
Our sample inspection is available to help you get a better understanding of what you can expect when you work with us. Aside from general specs on the house, you will also have a report summary that gives an overview of the main issues with the house, as well as detailed information & digital photos of every system & issue.

Beware to all home owners selling their home where the buyer uses this company and Steve Boudoin. The inspector left several things removed and turned off in our house during and after the inspection.
Solar Panel control units turned off. Which was not noticed for a few weeks post inspection that is going to cost us more than $100 in added utility payments.
Plumbing inspection door on exterior of the home left removed.
A garage door was removed and left off to the side.
Several breakers left in the off position.
And that’s only what we’ve noticed so far.

Before listing my home a few years ago, I decided to get a Per-Inspection done on my home. So I contacted Steve with Coastal Home Inspection. I am so glad i did. He found a few things that needed addressing. I took Steve's advice & had them fixed before listing my home. I am so glad i did. In doing so I was able to sell my home at the price i wanted. I do have to say Steve was very professional during the inspection, afterwards he explained in complete detail on his findings.Thank you Steve for your professionalism

Steve is one of the most thorough inspectors that I have ever used. He has a ton of experience in the field. He is also very honest with the buyer & knows how to work well with all parties involved in the Real Estate transaction. The reports are very easy for the buyer to understand & he is always available to answer any questions at anytime, before or after the inspection. He is great to work with & I highly recommend him.
