Each of our HAAG Certified inspectors preform a 21 point inspection on every single roof we get on. Within 24 hours of completing our inspection we provide a comprehensive report including, code deficiencies, photo damage report, type of shingle, recommendations, estimate and much more! This is very helpful when filing a claim with your insurance carrier to help expedite the process.
It's common knowledge that most roof leaks occur at weak points. With each service we use high grade sealant to waterproof any penetration through the roof. The majority of roof damage is a result of adhesive failure. Over the years the adhesive fails and the shingle is no longer sealed down, allowing wind to crease the shingle and allow wind driven rain to get under.

JDH was absolutely fantastic! They replaced my damage roof from the hailstorm. I was blown away by their professionalism, attention to detail and quality of their work. They were always responsive to request via email or on the phone, always on time, and communicated clearly throughout the whole process. They use high quality materials and the work was completed at a fair price. My insurance company even agreed more with their estimate than the independent inspector they intially sent out. The only MINOR complaint I have is the cleanup could have been a little better. It was adequate for sure,

While initial conversation was extremely pleasant, that's were the good things stop. Communication and follow-up severely lacking. Had multiple jobs to discuss but we're left to guess they are too busy to take on any new jobs. That would have been nice to know during the first call and not wasted our time. Such a disappointment.
