A-1 Action Nursing Care came into existence at my dining room table, born out of the belief that individuals could be better served with nursing care in their own homes, when it was appropriate, rather than in a facility. The challenge being to provide patients with qualified caring and compassionate caregivers.

What a wonderful gem of a company in Burtonsville, Maryland!
My mother is elderly, and recently she was in need of home care.
Fortunately they were recoomended to me by a colleague.
The owners of the company were friendly, caring, and very senstive to the needs of my mother.
Overall, an excellent experience.

Do not trust this service at all. They dont care when they send you a CNA who robs you blind! The owner & her son could do nothing but deny deny deny. I was very ill & the only people to enter my home were their caregivers. Very sad their was one that was here overnight & knew where everything I owned was. She also was supposedly keeping my home organized, while robbing me blind. Sadly the police did not catch her with the goods & thats the law. No one else was entered my home during my entire time of employing A1Action. Beware their workers are not trustworrhy!

As anyone who has a ill loved one knows, the healthcare environment is challenging and exhausting. A1 Action has been the one consistently good experience I have had. The management seems committed to high quality care and service. They have been accommodating and flexible with my family. Their staff has been great. A-1 Action has worked with us for the last 3 years to provide home health aides and nursing staff to help take care of both my parents (who have Parkinson's and Alzheimer's). Not only do they supply specialized staff, but can easily accommodate last-minute changes to schedules due to my parents changing needs.
They are experts in home health care and I have consulted them many times to get recommendations on how to handle our situation: should my parents go to a nursing facility? when will

Our experience with A-1 Action was very positive. We were unable to care for my mom at home ourselves any more. We were able to get care immediately, which was so important. The nurses who took care of my mom were outstanding. They were kind and caring and respectful of my mom during the last days of her life. I would highly recommend them.
