So we have to get a shout out to Lake Michigan Mechanical. They were the only ones who could come do the repair today, everyone else was like three days or more out. They were really cool and made the best out of what was a really stressful day for us!
They were really respectful of keeping our door shut when they went in/out (you would not believe how many animals of ours have gotten out due to home repair people) and they cleaned up after themselves!So far the hot water seems to be working great! We had a plumbing issue with two showers. Kyle and Chris from Lake Michigan Heating and Cooling arrived on time assessed the situation and gave us several options for repair and replacement. They did a great job and they explained everything they did. Would highly recommend.

Nigel was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Overall very satisfied with his feedback on the state of our boiler system. He did a tuneup and diagnosed some of the issues we’ve noticed with the system. Highly recommend Nigel and Lake Michigan Heating and Cooling!

Daniel and Mary-Claire were excellent! I called in the morning and they were at my house to replace the water heater by early afternoon (other businesses couldn't get to me for 1 to 2 weeks). They worked very efficiently, were finished within 2 hours, left the work area cleaner than it had been, and taught me a lot about water heaters during the process. The price was higher than other businesses had quoted me over the phone, but I chose to go with Lake Michigan because I didn't want to go without hot water in the cold weather. A big thank-you to Daniel and Mary-Claire.

Mary Claire and her workmates arrived promptly at 8 a.m. and quickly got down to the business of replacing our furnace and air conditioning unit. They worked throughout the day until the job was completed and the thermostat had climbed back up to a comfortable temperature. I would highly recommend Lake Michigan Heating, Cooling, Plumbing to anyone looking for repair or new installation.

Mary Claire gave me the greatest experience I have had using a HVAC company. She was flexible and timely. She gave me the heads up I needed to be able to be home from work. She did her job effectively and quickly and cleaned well after her self. 10/10 will recommend to anyone.
