Great massages the past two months from this charming spa located right in the middle of town. We have had a massage a month and the first was as good as the last

New facility is gorgeous! I had a wonderful massage with Matthew and fun shopping with MaryRita! I was totally relaxed by the atmosphere before going in to the massage. Then Matthew focused on my tight muscles and I feel like a new person. MaryRita helped me find a gift for my daughter and then she outfitted me in a new dress with flattering layers! For a grand finale she sold me two super soft, comfy pairs of slacks! All very reasonably priced. Going back next time I'm in town.

Nice little spa. Very relaxing... Comfortable places just to sit and relax... The sauna is nice. I will definitely be back. And the massage was excellent! Much better than most massages I get at Spa's.

The sauna and amenities room is super!!! The eucalyptus steam shower was mind blowing! My deep tissue massage was fantastic. Then we sat in the salt room for a session. So relaxing and the staff was stellar!

My husband and I booked appointments for the Signature Facials and we were not disappointed. From the moment we walked in, the place was warm, welcoming and definitely gave you that "spa" feeling. Hailey did an excellent job - with both of us - and we learned afterwards of all the extras you can do when using the facility (sauna, steam shower, lunch delivery, inversion table and it goes on). Be sure to arrive early and enjoy all this place has to offer. We will definitely be back because this new location is worth the trip!!

The workers are professional and courteous. The layout of the spa is beautiful and well designed.

I went for a 1 hr deep tissue massage and it was very good. I'd give it an 8 out of 10.

The spa experience was very relaxing. After my massage, I enjoyed their dry sauna. They also have stretching machines and a nice locker room.

The only flaw, if you want to call it that is they are quite pricey but as I said earlier, "you get what you pay for".

The vaguely pretentious vibe and high pricing at the spa's new location really put me off--I felt very comfortable at the old place. The new one has a level of ostentation that implies its goal clientele is nouveau riche women and women who wish they were Kim Kardashian. That's fair, I suppose, but not for me. However, I got a wonderful massage with Kristin there. She is amazing. Their online booking system for packages and other tiddlywinks isn't user-friendly, especially on smart phones. To use any of the lounge areas, you have to book a service of an hour or more. I'm sure

Vacationed in Franklin and our group wanted a day at a spa. Booked a 60 minute with Sue wish it was 90! Best massage I ever had. MaryRita at front was very accommodating to help our party of 5 work a fun day. Only complaint is that they didn't have their foot spa services open when we were there. The facility is beautiful and every detail is taken care of. After we strolled the town and ate a fantastic lunch at Lulus. Highly recommend.

Can't believe how wonderful this place was!!! I was visiting the first week of January and had a lovely massage. The building is beautiful, and was impressed with the clean and modern locker room and massage room. The had hot tea, water and snacks for when you were there. My massage was very relaxing and when we visit again, I will be back in for a massage.

I travel all over and often times make sure to squeeze a spa treatment wherever I go. I booked a massage at Fusions spa because I was tired of having to travel to Asheville or Highlands to have a spa treatment. I could not believe that a small town like Sylva would have a facility of such caliber! The massage was also phenomenal! Only the massage I had on my wedding day could top that one off. If you're looking for a relaxing time, go to Fusions for at least half day and book a massage with Kristin, you won't regret it!

I came into to town from Los Angeles to visit my sister in the Smokies. I had wanted to treat her to a massage, but we were winging our plans pending weather conditions. We were unable to book until the day before and did not know what to expect. We were so pleasantly surprised. The spa has such ambience and offers a soothing and appealing atmosphere.
