Bella Rose Estate is Arizona's most breathtaking indoor and outdoor garden setting wedding, reception and event venue. When renting the venue you will have full access to the two-acre private estate, which includes the garden areas and courtyard as well as the indoor grand ballroom and bridal suites.
We only host one event at a time so you will not need to worry about splitting the property up or sharing your special day with anyone else! We take the health of our customers and staff very serious and want to ensure that we have a safe environment to host future events. In 2005, Vickie Herd started her first company providing care for individuals with developmental disabilities, Extended Family Disability Services, LLC. Her entrepreneur drive was originally derived from her devotion to caring for her son Chad Herd, 36, with Down Syndrome.

Superior in their fields, these industry professionals have been hand-selected to complement and enhance your special day. Bella Rose Estate REQUIRES utilization of one of our preferred professionals in these categories: Catering, DJ & Bar Service. Selection of other vendors are not required, but strongly encouraged.
Getting ready in the same location as the actual event saves time and stress. There's no need to worry if your wedding party will get stuck in traffic or if your transportation will arrive on time. Everyone is ready together in the same location but separate suites. A private room with a poker table, chairs, flat panel TV and mini fridge for the groom to relax and enjoy time with the guys before saying "I DO."
The wedding packages at Bella Rose were created with love by a husband and wife team with certified wedding coordination expertise. Each package is structured for easy planning, just the right amount of flexibility and pre-negotiated vendor rates that can't be beat. Once your wedding package & date is selected you will then choose your team of vendors.
The Say "I DO" for Two Package is for those couples who want a courthouse style ceremony with a romantic twist at Bella Rose Estate. The soon-to-be newlyweds will have the opportunity to tie the knot in our beautiful, intimate garden settings with blooming floral backdrops and greenery. This allows for a small ceremony with chosen friends and immediate family members, creating an ideal wedding day for those wanting to elope!

Bella Rose was nothing but amazing from the beginning. Honestly, this was mostly in thanks to our day-of coordinator, Aubrey. She was organized, professional, and extremely helpful from the beginning. Aubrey allowed us to relax and took control of everything on the day of. Even the smallest of things we had asked ahead of time, she remembered and took care of. I really can't praise her enough. The venue itself is stunning; it has a romantic garden atmosphere with great flow and separate spaces for ceremony, cocktail hour, and the reception. We could not be happier with Bella Rose Estate and the entire staff. Their planning, coordination and service were spot on for our Mom's celebration of life service. They all worked hard to make sure our special day to remember our mom went perfectly and we are so thankful.

I truly cannot express how happy I am with Bella Rose. Our experience from beginning to end was absolutely amazing. We worked very closely with Samantha as our coordinator and she was exceptional. Absolutely LOVED having my wedding here! They made my experience amazing. The staff are all super friendly and helpful. They make you feel like you are their only client and treat you almost like a friend. There are so many options for your special day and they are so flexible if you need to make changes. My wedding day it rained and they were able to keep me calm and make me feel more positive about needing to change my wedding from the outdoor wedding I had always planned on to an indoor wedding. Everyone did an amazing job! In addition, the facilities are beautiful.

The venue has a rustic historic southern Italian feel. As u walk in, u immediately get a sense of a certain mystical natural wonder from the lush greenery & i was a goner. Bella Rose had me hooked!

Our wedding and experience with Bella Rose and it's staff and was exceptional, from start to finish. We had our wedding here, and our guests LOVED it!! The weather ended up being unseasonably cold, and they helped change the reception from outdoor to indoor on short notice. I was disappointed, but Bella Rose made everything work out. I got married here and truly loved the experience that I had. This venue isn't just a place - although it is that - but a whole package. The grounds are beautiful. It comes with a coordinator. They provide you with a top notch list of vendors. The negative reviews I'm reading are mostly regarding what other vendors are responsible. Food and service is the caterers. The review about the heaters - the venue sets those up if you pay for them, so I'm guessing the couple chose to only have 3, not the venue. I absolutely LOVE Bella Rose. I heard about this venue at the Arizona Bridal Show. I received a flyer for their huge Open House event. My fiance and I had barely started venue shopping and we decided, why not? We went and were just blown away with how beautiful the venue is.

Not only did I drive here from Scottsdale on a Sunday for a scheduled appointment with a prearranged confirmation that my sister's date was available, but I flew in from Orange County, California, to view this venue.
I suppose this is how I weed out venues where "you get where you pay for." I was married at the Ritz-Carlton of Laguna Niguel, where they would never allow something like this to happen.

This is the best venue by far! Everyone at the Bella Rose Estate knows what they are doing and are truly there for the bride and groom. Our wedding coordinator was Gabriela and she was amazing, the day was perfect because of her! The venue is a beautiful lush garden setting, we had our ceremony and reception outside, we loved all the green and the beautiful twinkling lights they have around the venue that light up at night. They have an amazing list of preferred vendors for the cake, catering, DJ, bartenders, ad florist. We were more than please with the options that we were able to choose from

The one positive is the facilities are top notch. The management and employees are not. I was a guest at a wedding here and the staff was unorganized, pushy and rude and clearly not prepared for the weather. They provided only three propane heaters for a crowd that was probably close to 200 people and served the food cold. People we're leaving before the bride and groom could even cut the cake because they were freezing.

Our wedding was absolutely perfect! I can't even tell you how many compliments I got on so many different aspects of the night. My husband and I mainly dealt with Chad and Teresa and they were both wonderful. Extremely professional and accommodating. I attended a wedding here. The estate is stunning and such a scenic, peaceful place to get married. There are several vined arches, a lot of greenery, flowing fountains, and lovely paved walkways. The reception area was quite spacious and the interior was beautiful. The only slight negative was that the dance floor for events was a little small for the wedding even though there were less than 50 people there so we sometimes accidentally bumped into other people as we were dancing.
