I went and got a quote from Margaret - she was able to double my insurance coverage, and add short term disability, all for a significant amount less than I was paying the other insurance. The entire office was friendly and had a welcoming vibe, and I highly recommend going or calling for a quote.

Failed to cancel my policy as agreed as part of my moving to another state and transitioning to a new State Farm agent. This lack of follow through resulted in a major headache to try and deal with. It’s still ongoing, and I have not received the incorrectly drafted money much less an apology from this agent or his staff.

I can not say enough good things about Duane and his staff! Very personal, reliable, quick, and helpful. We have been with many different insurance companies (because we have bad driving records..) and these guys had the best rates and coverages we were shocked by how much they were able to beat other competitors' rates.
