We are from the Bay Area and we were looking for a home in the mountains to take our kids skiing and snowboarding... Matt found us a beautiful home in Tahoe Donner. His greatest skill is he listens. My wife wanted to see a million homes (of course). We fell in love with the second house we saw. Matt made us see all the others... We ended up buying the second one. Lived in that house for more than a decade. Then when we decided to move close to Lake Tahoe, we asked Matt to help us again. He found us a wonderful new home right near the lake. And he sold our beloved home in Tahoe Donner to another

They have now managed almost every real estate transaction you can think of for us (from leasing to buying) - and have done so with admirable skill and great success.
