RR Financial Services Inc is a full-service Certified Public Accounting firm licensed in IL. All our CPA's hold valid IL State CPA Certificates. Roger has been in the field of accounting for over 25 years. A graduate of Golden Gate University, he spent the first 15+ years as a professional corporate accountant working in the private sector for various service related companies.

Roger Roman has been preparing my income tax returns for many, many years. I have colorful folders dating back to 2000 however it’s been longer than that. I am a VIP. I’ve recommended him to friends and family.… I trust his advise. I’m a Roger snob of sorts because when I’ve called the office over the years to schedule an appointment, I only will see Roger. Starting my business was extremely hard and stressfull not knowing much at first .Coming to RR finacial was the best business decision i made.Roger roman is very professional and very knowledgeable. I have used this service for 18 years because owner and CPA Roger Roman stated for years that if anything happens, he will back his clients for no extra charges. I have never had an issue with the tax authorities until now. The Illinois Dept of revenue stated that they never received the 2013 taxes returned and want $1400. The taxes were actually $190. I contacted Rr financial and they want a $300 retainer fee to reduce the taxes as well as $25 for a copy of those returns. I paid Rr finance to file these with the state back in 2013. When I emailed Me. Roman his comments were "things have changed

I started using RR Financial about 17 years ago. I thought they were good, but just like insurance, you never know until you really need them. Principle owner Roger Roman stated that they backed their clients with no extra charges if the tax authorities had issues with a return. Up until now, never had a need. Then recently the Illinois Dept of revenue stated that I owed them About $1500 for taxes filed By RR Financial for the year 2013. threatening to seize my assets I called Rogers office to see what was going on because of the taxes were only $190 at that time. Roger and RR Financial is a must recommend. I have been going to Roger for years. I made the switch after not being happy with my previous accountant. I visited Roger after being recommended by a family member and never looked back.
He is very passionate and extremely helpful. I usually run long with his appointments because we just end up talking about so many things. We plan for the next year (such as buying a car, switching jobs, loans, etc). I have called him on separate occasions with random questions and he has always gotten back to me on the same day. We were looking for someone to help us not only prepare our taxes, as we have been getting killed on taxes regularly using tax software and part time tax preparers, so followed the reviews on Yelp and found RR Financial highly rated. Normally I take reviews with a grain of salt, but there were too many positive reviews not to take a chance on using someone based on a Yelp review. Decided to go to a professional this year for our taxes since we have some changes in our income and wanted to make sure everything was done correctly and we got as much of a refund as possible.
Height of tax season and we got an appointment within the week. They told us everything to bring to make sure we were prepared.
Desiree helped set us up and enter everything into their computer. Took us 2 hours. We were new clients so a lot of it was entering new info. Then Roger took over our appointment to review everything and found even more refunds for us.
Overall we were very pleased with our experience

OK I have to say that I was a Turbo Tax I do it myself type of person...For all the years that I missed a CPA professional advice, shame on me!
