Full blown scam. I tried to make an appointment and was unable to because the answering service was a "bot". The website does not work for scheduling, which is where the bot directs you too. Showed up, the place looks like it's out of business. All other reviews are spot on! Do not give credit card info here!

I bought a package for four months with this establishment (December through March). During the third month (February), I asked 3 times that my 4th month be my last month as I had plenty of services remaining. I spoke to 2 different receptionists and left voicemails. After requesting this 3 times and being assured the owner would stop the billing, I was still charged after the fourth month in April. I left a message for him and had to text the business phone after the message to get a response as he ignored my voicemail but was told later he did receive it. I was told that I would be getting a

I tried to email their contact "josh" for assistance with coverage for insurance and he said that they write an invoice and patients get reimbursed that way from insurance. In order to get reimbursed, you need to have a superbill with diagnosis codes and CPT codes but when I asked him on what CPT codes are billed for reimbursement, he said he had no idea what I was talking about. Seems like a scam if you are trying to get reimbursed through insurance, think twice before going if you are trying to use insurance!!! They don't want you to get reimbursed.

San Diego Cosmetic Acupuncture has absolutely changed my life in such a positive way. The moment I walked in the door, the atmosphere of calm and tranquility was evident. This is a kind and caring place to be.
From my first treatment on, I have felt more clarity, balance and so much less anxiety; the results are cumulative! I feel better which, along with the treatments, helps me look better; a marvelous circle. I am SO IMPRESSED!!! This business is ran so efficiently and Josh is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to acupuncture.
I had no idea you could use this instead of Botox & fillers (which I am terrified of!) and just after two treatments, I've already noticed a difference in the fine lines around my eyes and the "worry lines" between my eyes ;-)
Turns out Josh is actually a client of my spa, Eco Chateau, and I cannot wait to refer our clients over to him. It a perfect natural synergy with what we offer.

I came in for a treatment and I am hooked. The benefits of acupuncture and cosmetics combined was just what I was looking for. I am strong on the holistic approach so this was right up my alley. As I reached the age of 30 this year , it was time for me to start taking preventative action to keep my face looking young! These people are not just doing facials, they also treat other health issues. Their intake form asks you what area you are looking to treat, then on the bottom half has questions about what other issues you would like to address such as: weight issues, digestive, allergies and so on.

This place is fantastic! I have been looking for a more natural way for my skin to look revitalized and this is it! I know NOTHING about acupuncture, but I wanted to try it and they made it easy. They basically offer you a menu of things you would like to focus on- I chose lines near the eyes, stress and skin firmness. Then paid my $30 and laid back in the chair.
I was so relaxed with by the environment, the perfect spa music and temperature... totally fell asleep. About 30 minutes late they took them out and I looked and felt AMAZING.

I've been here about 3 times so far and each time has been perfect for me. I feel like this is a steal for $30. I'm not new to acupuncture and before I found this place I was paying $100 for similar treatments!!! Crazy right! Never again lol. Although this place focuses on cosmetic acupuncture, I go to help relieve stress The way the owner makes it a great deal is because he does multiple patients at the same time. The 1st time I went it was just me, the 2nd time I went it was me and 2 other people and the 3rd time I went it was me and 1 other girl. Each time was very peaceful, relaxing
